 I have been a customer for years and I really want to say that I am really happy with the perfect service, the immediate delivery to the beds and sofas and finally to all the products the best prices that make us. I do not just recommend it, it is the first and last choice.

Delivery was excellent, great communication start to finish. Very well mannered, and got the delivery in without any issues.
Only negative thing I can say is the instructions to build the furniture isn’t very good. Couple of steps missing, and could be much more detailed.
However the company can come into your home and build for you, but of course at an extra cost.

There are many comments about bad quality that someone might oversee...but when it comes to behaviour this is something I do not accept, and even worst when this comes from the manager of the store in alimos. Yes we did not have a mask, but there are many ways to ask someone to ware it! ...more over when this comes from the manager himself who was standing at the door from the inner side (probably because of the air-conditioning) and he was smoking obviously without a mask...thats a disrespect mostly for him.
We bought from another store a dinner table and of course with better behaviour and quality.
Management should evaluate him again as there are many people out there and more qualified.

Only by reading your reply anyone can understand that your automated replies are part of a poor management, as I have already explained what the issue of my dissatisfaction was, therefore, and please do not not get offended, i prefer spending my valuable time elsewhere...but take it as an advice, the team replying to messages is far behind from what the market requires.
