★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία μέσω ίντερνετ για παραλαβή από το κατάστημα, ήρθε το mail επιβεβαίωσης της παραγγελίας και μετά άφαντοι. Μετά από μια βδομαδα πήρα τηλ να δω τι συμβαίνει και με ενημέρωσαν ότι η παραγγελία δεν ισχύει καθώς δεν υπάρχουν τα προϊόντα. Εντελως ερασιτεχνικός χειρισμός.
I placed an order online for collection from the store, the order confirmation mail came and then they were gone. After a week I called to see what was happening and they informed me that the order is not valid as there are no products. Completely amateurish handling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για αλλαγή ενός πουκάμισου που μου έκαναν δώρο. Η συμπεριφορά μη αποδεκτή!! Το προσωπικό ήθελε να "τελειώσει" με την υποχρέωση αδιαφορώντας για την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη. Δεν μου δόθηκε η ευκαιρία να δοκιμάσω το μέγεθος ενώ δεν υπήρχε κίνηση στο κατάστημα. Η υπεροψία δεν είναι καλός σύμβουλος στις δουλειές αυτές.
I went to change a shirt they gave me as a gift. Behavior unacceptable !! The staff wanted to "finish" with the obligation indifferent to customer satisfaction. I was not given the opportunity to try the size while there was no traffic in the store. Arrogance is not a good advisor in these jobs.
