Λένε ότι είναι μόνο με ραντεβού, τα 5-6 τηλέφωνα δεν απαντούν ποτέ, οπότε οι πολίτες φτάνουν ενοχοποιημενοι φυσικά χωρίς ραντεβού, και περιμένουν 6ωρες με παιδιά, χωρίς να μιλάνε! Shame on the passports of Maroussi! They say that it is only by appointment, the 5-6 phones never answer, so the citizens arrive guilty of course without an appointment, and wait 6 hours with children, without talking!
Α	Αλεξης Αντωνελλης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφθήκαμε το τμήμα αλλοδαπών στο συγκεκριμένο Α.Τ. και οι δύο αστυνομικοί (17/6/22 περίπου στις 10.00 το πρωί) παρ΄ότι είχε γίνει λάθος με το ραντεβού, θέλησαν ευγενέστατοι, να μας εξυπηρετήσουν εμβόλιμα. Δυστυχώς, επειδή μάς έλειπαν κάποια έγγραφα - μάς εξήγησαν λεπτομερώς- κλείσαμε νέο ραντεβού. Μπράβο στην ΕΛΑΣ! We visited the department of foreigners in the specific Α.Τ. both police officers (17/6/22 at around 10.00 in the morning) despite the mistake made with the appointment, they wanted very kindly, to serve us with vaccinations. Unfortunately, because we were missing some documents - they explained them to us in detail - we made a new appointment. Well done to ELAS!
E	Electra Tsampounari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γράφω για να γνωρίζει ο κόσμος που επείγεται για έκδοση διαβατηρίου ότι, σε αντίθεση με το αντίστοιχο τμήμα της Κηφισιάς, στο ΑΤ Αμαρουσίου οι υπάλληλοι θέλουν να εξυπηρετήσουν και δέχονται αιτήσεις διαβατηρίων εμβόλιμα, χωρίς ραντεβού. Υπάρχει αναμονή έξω από την αίθουσα όπου τηρείται σειρά προτεραιότητας. Υπάρχει πολλή δουλειά και στο τηλέφωνο είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολη η επικοινωνία. Εάν όμως κάποιος επισκεφθεί το τμήμα, θα εξυπηρετηθεί. There is a waiting outside the room where order of priority is observed. There is a lot of work and communication on the phone is extremely difficult.
