unhelp manager shelf stacking not only miss-directed a limping, and in obvious pain, pensioner to the wrong end of the store.
having to limp back to the elevator to go to the first floor the manager began to follow me.
i wore a mask and used my own, clean cloth shopping bags instead of using their seldom cleaned shopping baskets.
both the manager and the checkout staff were quite abrupt at their demand i use their baskets that haven't been cleaned all day and used by countless customers
use your filthy baskets next time ?
there won't be a next time
