★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θέλω να τονίσω ότι ενώ υπάρχει όλη η καλή διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση ένας κακός υπάλληλος αρκεί για χαλάσει την εικόνα του μαγαζιού.Συγκεκριμένα όταν έφτασα στο ταμείο και πήγα να πληρώσω η ταμίας με ρώτησε αν έχω κάρτα Μασούτης χωρίς να μου αναφέρει ότι αν δεν έχεις δεν παίρνεις τις εκπτώσεις! κατά την έξοδο μου από το κατάστημα διαπίστωσα ότι τα περισσότερα προϊόντα είχαν άλλες τιμές χωρίς έκπτωση,πήγα στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και μου διόρθωσαν το ένα προϊών τα υπόλοιπα βαρέθηκα...η υπάλληλος που ήταν στο ταμείο απλά άκουγε αδιάφορα...ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ αν τα πλήρωνε από την τσέπη τις θα έδειχνε μεγαλύτερο ενδιαφέρον!!!
I want to emphasize that while there is all the good mood for service a bad employee is enough to spoil the image of the store. Specifically when I arrived at the cash register and went to pay the cashier asked me if I have a Masoutis card without telling me that if you do not have the discounts! on my way out of the store I found that most products had other prices without discount, I went to customer service and they corrected one of my products the rest I got bored ... the employee at the checkout just listened indifferently ... UNACCEPTABLE if he paid from their pocket would show more interest !!!
