★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλοι με χαιρετούν κάθε φορά. ΟΛΟΙ. Έχω να πω για τους ταμιες ότι πραγματικά σε σκλαβωνουν με την εξυπηρέτησή τους. Με ένα μωρό στο καρότσι, όχι απλά με βοηθούν, πραγματικά αν μπορούσαν θα με πήγαιναν στο σπίτι μου για να είμαι οκ. Το ένα παλικάρι στο ταμείο με έχει ρωτήσει πολλές φορές για βοήθεια μέχρι το αμάξι.
Everyone greets me every time. ALL. I have to say about the cashiers that they really enslave you with their service. With a baby in the stroller, not just help me, really if they could they would take me home to be ok. A young man at the checkout has asked me many times for help up to the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δε βάζω 5 αστέρια λόγω έλλειψης parking που είναι βασικότατο σε τέτοιου είδους καταστήματα! Στους υπόλοιπους τομείς όπως προσωπικό, καθαριότητα, ποικιλία και ποιότητα προϊόντων είναι καθόλα άριστο!
I do not put 5 stars due to lack of parking which is very basic in such stores! In other areas such as staff, cleanliness, variety and quality of products is absolutely excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα πω για το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό γιατί σαν εταιρεία είναι γνωστή δεν χρειάζεται από μένα αξιολόγηση . Υπέροχο προσωπικό,εξυπηρετικοτατο,ευγενεστατο,ρωτάνε αν θέλουμε βοήθεια,και χαμογελαστοί,η υπεύθυνη κυρία ευγενεστατη,το κατάστημα καθαροτατο και αρκετές προσφορές πάντα.
I will say about the human resources because as a company it is known, it does not need evaluation from me. Wonderful staff, very helpful, very polite, they ask if we want help, and smiling, the responsible lady very polite, the store very clean and several offers always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογο προσωπικό! Αν εξαιρέσεις ότι κάθε τόσο λείπει ο μανάβης όσες φορές πήγα εγώ..και αναγκάζονται τα κορίτσια να αφήσουν τα πόστα τους για να πάνε στη μαναβική. Αισχος!! Η διεύθυνση δεν τα βλέπει αυτα? Μάλλον όχι... γιατί όσες φορές πήγα να εισηγηθώ στην διεύθυνση έλειπε και η διεύθυνση!!! Κρίμα στον Μασούτη αν είναι κ η διεύθυνση απών οταν την χρειάζεσαι!!!
Flawless staff! If you exclude that every now and then the greengrocer is missing as many times as I went ... and the girls are forced to leave their posts to go to the grocery store. Shame!! The management does not see these; Probably not ... because every time I went to suggest to the address, the address was also missing !!! Too bad Masoutis if the address is absent when you need it !!!
