★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραίο μάρκετ όμορφο... αλλά οι τιμές που έχει.. μαζί Με βασιλόπουλο είναι οι δυο πιο ακριβές αλυσίδες, σπάνια θά πάω σέ αυτά τά μάρκετ... πανάκριβο καί συνήθως οι προσφορές είναι παραπλανητικές... τώρα πως κάποιοι γράφουν ότι έχει καλές τιμές, είναι νά απορείς...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λυπάμαι, γιατί και σε άλλες πόλεις, όταν ήθελα να πάω σούπερ μάρκετ, αναζητούσα τον Μασούτη, που για μένα σήμαινε, αποδεδειγμένα, εγγύηση, εξυπηρέτηση, ποικιλία αγαθών, ανάληψη ευθυνών. Σε αυτό, πολλές φορές που μπήκα το μετάνιωσα, όπως και την τελευταία, γιατί αναγκάστηκα να στενοχωρήσω υπαλλήλους, αφού κανείς δεν αναλάμβανε την ευθύνη για προϊόν, που είχε χαμηλότερη τιμή στο ράφι απ' ότι στο ταμείο, επιρρίπτοντας μάλιστα το σφάλμα, ο ένας στον άλλον. Επίσης, λείπουν μονίμως συγκεκριμένες μάρκες προϊόντων, για τα οποία επίσης δεν υπάρχει σαφής απάντηση.
