 Very good service from the girl at the reception. Gentle girls in massage services. Very clean space and beautiful relaxed atmosphere. It is our favorite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came from abroad and asked for a specific appointment due to time and travel limitations. The appointment was changed to an earlier hour by the staff many times. The receptionist kept calling us all day long to change masseurs and appointment hours. It seemed that she had no idea how to accommodate our appointment.
In the end we didn't make it on the earlier time she insisted and we called the receptionist to inform them that we are going to be 10 minutes late. She was very rude to the point of going ballistic. She had a go at us for not making correct appointments (!) and in the end of the conversation she rushed to conclude saying oh well that's ok. Maybe you can come another time. She also mentioned that we had lost her an appointment (!). We asked if there is another appointment we could make and she replied that there is nothing she can do.
This is not a way of treating customers and definitely not a way of finding solutions that meet your customers needs. Not going there again to be treated with such impoliteness.
