★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there trying a 200 euro jacket and left a bag on the chair with my friend sitting on it. 5 mins later, bag was gone. It takes 10 mins for them to check CCTV. Only one camera on 2nd floor and facing only one direction, not 360 degrees camera. So didn't catch the full image.
Staff is not helping, didn't call police. And refuse to give me footage. Asked me to go to police station which is 1 km away. It was 20:10 and they closes at 2100. And they can't wait for us, told us if they close we can come next day. Not willing to help at all.
For the stealing information, if u wanna steal their stuff, go to second floor. It's all yours. You r welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, no one helps. All the staff is busy folding clothes instead of helping clients find what they are looking for. The service is not at the standards of other Massimo Dutti stores around the world; very disappointing especially given the fact that it’s Zara’s premium brand. In addition for the same clothing item they have different prices which was very confusing. They explained to me that this happens because they charge different prices for each country so they hadn’t updated the tags properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a shirt to the store and was informed I would receive a confirmation mail and/or SMS upon delivery, which would take up to six business days. Six business days later, I still had not received any notice and returned to the store to inquire whether they had received it. I was quite bluntly told that I needed to wait until I received confirmation over mail and/or SMS, otherwise I could request a refund. Two days later, I returned to request a refund as I still had not received confirmation of delivery, but this time, the staff member actually checked their stock and was able to locate the package, despite the absence of any delivery confirmation.
A slight nuisance as I wasted time and effort having to go back and forth, but nevertheless a fine store with (mostly) courteous and professional staff. Only the customer service and product range could be improved.
