Ενώ στο υποκατάστημα της Παλλήνης με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι είναι συχνές οι εξετάσεις, όταν ήρθε η ώρα να δώσω σε ημερομηνία που είχα δηλώσει συμμετοχή στις αρχές Ιουλίου 2017, με πήραν τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι η εξέταση θα αναβληθεί για μετέπειτα κοντινή ημερομηνία. Αφού περνούσαν οι ημέρες και κανένας δε με έπαιρνε, τηλεφώνησα εγώ και μου είπαν ότι θα γίνουν μάλλον οι εξετάσεις στα τέλη Ιουλίου, αλλά με σοβαρές πιθανότητες να γίνουν στην 1η Σεπτεμβρίου. Η αιτιολόγησή τους ήταν ότι οι περισσότεροι συμμετέχοντες δεν είχαν προλάβει να προετοιμαστούν με τη διδακτέα ύλη! Πρώτη φορά ακούω για εταιρεία που ασχολείται με την εκπαίδευση να περιμένει πρώτα να τελειώσουν το διάβασμα οι συμμετέχοντες και μετά να ορίσει ημερομηνία εξέτασης! Σήμερα είναι 2/9 και ακόμα δεν έχω λάβει ενημέρωση για την υποτιθέμενη εξέταση της 1ης Σεπτεμβρίου. I have chosen MASTER KEK to attend on-line training for GlobalCert certification. While at the Pallini branch I was assured that exams are frequent, when it was time to give a date that I had applied for in early July 2017, they phoned me and told me that the exam would be postponed for a later date. As the days went by and no one was picking me up, I phoned and they told me that exams would probably be done by the end of July, but with a high probability that they would be on September 1st. Their justification was that most of the participants had not had time to prepare with the curriculum! For the first time, I hear about an education company waiting for participants to finish reading first and then setting a test date! Today is 2/9 and I still haven't received any information on the supposed September 1 exam.

Οι άνθρωποι είναι ανεύθυνοι και αντιεπαγγελματιες μην πω τίποτα άλλο.Με κάλεσε ένας κ.Θωμοπουλος πριν 3 εβδομάδες για να μπω στο πρόγραμμα Εξοικονομώ κατ'οικον ΙΙ, μου ζήτησαν να μαζέψω όλο τον φάκελο, τους ειπα ότι επείγει να στείλουν αμεσα τον μηχανικό για να κάνει την μελέτη γιατί φεύγω εξωτερικό. Κάνεις δεν με κάλεσε.Τους ξανακαλω να δω γιατί δεν με έχει καλέσει ο μηχανικός κ μου απαντάνε ότι έχουν πολύ δουλειά και δεν μπορούν να το αναλάβουν 4 μέρες πριν λήξει το πρόγραμμα. Δεν υπάρχει οργάνωση, δεν απαντάνε σε τηλέφωνα ή e-mails, δεν ενημερώνουν τον πελάτη όπως πρέπει σχετικά με το πρόγραμμα που έχει επιλέξει, και το μόνο που θέλουν είναι τα χρήματα. Ελπίζω πως είναι η πρώτη και η τελευταία φορά που έρχομαι αντιμέτωπη με αντιεπαγγελματικές και ανάρμοστες συμπεριφορές, από ακατάρτιστους και αγενείς ανθρώπους όπως στο ΚΕΚ ΜΑΣΤΕΡ. Κρίμα πολύ. Το ένα αστέρι είναι για να γελάσουμε. Unprofessional behavior and unreliable choice. I do not recommend it to anyone. There is no organization, they do not answer phones or e-mails, they do not inform the customer properly about the program he has chosen, and all they want is money. I hope it is the first and last time that I am confronted with unprofessional and inappropriate behaviors, by untrained and rude people like in KEK MASTER. Too bad. One star is to make us laugh.
P	Petros Iliadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το τι είναι γενικά αυτά τα μαγαζιά το γνωρίζει όλη η κοινωνία.. Παρόλα αυτά εδώ μιλάμε για άλλο επίπεδο! Έμπλεξα μαζί τους με τα voucher των επιστημόνων (όπως υποθέτω και πολλοί άλλοι, μιας και δεν υπήρχε ποτέ περίπτωση να εκπαιδευτώ από ένα τέτοιο «κέντρο»). Αφού περίμενα 2 βδομάδες και δεν είχαν έρθει ακόμα οι περιβόητοι κωδικοί, ξεκίνησα να παίρνω τηλέφωνα. Μίλαγες με τα «κεντρικά» και σου έλεγαν: «Δεν γνωρίζω κύριε.. Εμείς εδώ είμαστε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο. Θα το μεταβιβάσω κτλ. Αν θέλετε πάρτε κατευθείαν στην Αργυρούπολη.» Στην Αργυρούπολη οι αθεόφοβοι είχαν ΚΑΤΕΒΑΣΕΙ ΤΑ ΤΗΛΕΦΩΝΑ όλες τις τελευταίες μέρες. Μετά από μέρες το σηκώσανε και υποτίθεται ότι είχαν κάνει ένα typo στο mail μου κτλ. Πάλι καλά που δεν πήραν φράγκο γενικά τα ΚΕΚ, αλλά και ειδικότερα το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί! Περαστικά!
