This did not last long, both owners and estate agent were not forth coming regarding the property not being connected to water nor electric, plus no septic tank. Coupled with the startling rudeness of the agent made it a no sale for us. My partner was asked by agent, if he preferred to live in London or Greece, and when he replied, "Greece", was told he was ignorant. Not going to do business with someone with such a bizarre sales attitude.
