★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to visit the doctor due to ear problems. Got an appointment the same day (It wasn't an emergency), and when I arrived everything went super smooth. Effective doctor, and very patient receptionist since I had some trouble with my insurance - and she helped me out. Very clean medical center, with topnotch staff. You do need an insurance, it doesn't work with the European union health insurance- card since it's a private clinic. But are you a tourist in roda or acharavi and need to see the doctor, I can highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Clinic treated my partner who had fallen and injured herself , she injured herself due to a slippery surface. She was taken to this health center and the staff could not do any more for her, they were very comforting and professional.A thank you to the tall male nurse who attended and kept my partner informed with some humor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this hospitol 4 weeks ago because I needed to get some splinters out of my feet. They helped my okay, but I needed to pay 150 euro for this threatment. That is no problem because I have an insurance. I was promised a medical “receipt” withing 2 days to get the money back from my insurance. I never recieved it and called again to get it, but never got it. So can Anyone help me out?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, after getting medical service it seemed expensive at first, but I thought I have insurance and I will be able to refund. Wait…. after more than 10 emails, phone call and waiting almost a month, I didnt got medical report which is one simple paper which should be provided in two days. So insurance cannot refund. And time has passed. Make sure you wont pay them in advance, that was my mistake.
---Update! I got needed papers right after this post. so changed from one star to 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go there in case you are a tourist!!
I've been at the Mastoras Medical Service for more than 4 weeks ago now, and still have not received my medical report. The service there was okay, nevertheless the after-service is terrible. During my diagnosis, corona was no topic at all. They simply ask whether you have corona or not. In case you say no, the topic is closed.
After returning to germany, I was already waiting a week for my report and directly wrote them to send it to me as I need it for my insurance. They answered very fast that they are in the process of writing it. This was 4 weeks ago... As a local, this may be a good medical center, for tourists who rely on their insurance, it is a terrible place to go.
