Είχα άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και λυθήκαν όλα μέσα σε μια ώρα! Ένα ανταλλακτικό που χρειαστήκαμε το είχαμε στα χέρια μας, μετά από παραγγελία, σε λιγότερο από μια μέρα. Νομίζοντας πως είχα θέμα με ένα μοτεράκι στο αυτοκίνητο, η βλάβη λύθηκε με μια αντικατάσταση ένωση καλωδίου, και όχι με αντικατάσταση του μοτέρ που θα μπορούσε να μου το πουλήσει και να μην πω τίποτα. Μακάρι όλοι οι επιχειρηματίες να είναι σαν εσάς! Συνεχίστε την καλή δουλειά όπως εσείς ξέρετε! Of the few professionals who see you as a customer and not as a wallet! I went to my car (Hyundai atos prime) for some light themes I had. I had immediate service and everything was resolved within an hour! We had a spare part we needed, after ordering, in less than a day. Thinking I was having an issue with a motorbike in the car, the damage was resolved by a cable joint replacement, rather than a motor replacement that could sell me and say nothing. Wish all the business people like you! Keep up the good work as you know!

Very good professional, immediately helpful and very correct in presenting the spare part I was looking for by sending photos and videos about the condition of the spare part since I am from a different city and I would have to travel.

Είναι αυτό που ακριβώς περιγράφουν τους Έλληνες. Αν του χαρίσει κάποιος 30 δευτερόλεπτα θα δεί πως το πρόβλημα του αυτοκινήτου θα λυθεί γρήγορα και οικονομικά!! Δεν πρόκειται να ξεγελάσει κάποιον πελάτη,ίσως και να μην σας πάρει χρήματα ανάλογα με την περίπτωση σας! Pantelis is a man with a strong voice, a strong voice with emotion (magic), but he has such a big heart. This is exactly what they describe the Greeks. If someone gives him 30 seconds, he will see that the car problem will be solved quickly and economically !! He is not going to deceive a customer, he may not take your money depending on your case!
J	Joana Mineva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 11.09.2018 when I left the ferry with my car, it stopped and was out of electricity. I googled to find somebody to help me and I found Pantelis Mastrogiannis. I called him, explained the problem and he came and helped me to reach his service box. I have to say that it was 7 p.m. and nobody was working. So Pantelis found the problem and fixed the broken part. It was good that he has a shop for different parts for cars. He was very nice, hosty, helpfull and he really knows what he is doing. My car was ready the same night and I left to Bulgaria. I have never met such open, quick reacting and good car master, who did everything infront of me, showed me the problem, and who doesn’t took me lots of money - especially when it was emergency.

He informed me about the options and cleaned the part, before he installed the new battery. He is honest, works fast and clean and the price was good too and I don’t understand why some people have something negative to say about him. He really saved our Vacation and I wish him all the best ????
