Φρέσκα υλικά, απαράμιλλη ποιότητα πρώτης ύλης και απλές τεχνικές μαγειρικής, αυτή είναι η φιλοσοφία μας. Μια φιλοσοφία που ξεκίνησε το 1981 από ανθρώπους που έβαλαν ιδέες και σκληρή δουλειά, και συνεχίζει απαράλλαχτη μέχρι σήμερα τονίζοντας ότι το απλό είναι ό,τι πιο εκλεπτυσμένο.
Στην πιτσαρία Matina ζυμώνουμε καθημερινά με βιολογικό αλεύρι αλεσμένο στην πέτρα από την οικογένεια MARINO στο Πιεμόντε της Ιταλίας και ωριμάζουμε τις ζύμες μας αργά γι'αυτό και η πίτσα μας είναι πιο εύπεπτη και πιο αρωματική. Οι σαλάτες μας πάντα φρέσκες παρασκευάζονται από την αρχή την στιγμή που ο πελάτης τις παραγγέλνει ενώ οι σάλτσες μας φτιάχνονται με ιταλικές ντομάτες, φρέσκα μυρωδικά και ελαιόλαδο.
Χρησιμοποιούμε, αποκλειστικά, ζυμαρικά De Cecco φτιαγμένα με το μοναδικό νερό της πόλης Fara San Martino και παράγουμε κάθε μέρα το δικό μας μοναδικό ψωμί χρησιμοποιώντας μέλι, φυσικό προζύμι και ελαιόλαδο.
Αυτός είναι ο τρόπος που φτιάχνουμε τα πράγματα, αυτή είναι η σχολή σκέψης που ξεκίνησε πριν από 38 χρόνια και χάρις την προτίμηση των πελατών μας ξεπέρασε σε διάρκεια κάθε προσδοκία.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very nice environment , clean, with exellent music. Service , very polite . Variety of food(pizza, pasta, grill)Easy to find the restaurant and easy to find a parking.
Negative : Expensive.9.5 euros for a margherita which was having a neutral taste(not recomemded) and 11 euros for a 4 seasons with good taste. They use very good quality of materials in their food .

Spacious tables
At least 20 minutes waiting time ( excluding pizza baking)
Rather poor and lack of fantasy the "tipica" salad
Unsmilled and rather untrained the young waitor-ess
Although pizza variety seemed adequate, one came with rather unfresh greeny topic.
Prices rather moderate to high for a local pizza
