★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρέλαβα γρήγορα μια βαλίτσα εργαλείων αλλά δεν ειχε συσκευασία ούτε ενα τύλιγμα απο εκείνο το υλικό με τις φούσκες εκτεθειμένη εντελώς για καλη μου τύχη δε βρήκα καποια γρατζουνιά ή σπάσιμο και τέλος ήτανε πάρα πολύ σκονισμένη. Όσον αφορά το προσωπικό φαινόταν ότι δεν ήθελαν και πολύ να με εξυπηρετήσουν.
I quickly picked up a suitcase but it did not have a single pack of that material with the bubbles completely exposed to my luck I did not find any scratches or breakage and finally it was very dusty. As for the staff, it seemed that they did not want to serve me much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους έστειλα ένα e-mail στις 16/02/2022 για να ρωτήσω για ένα ανταλλακτικό που ήθελα να παραγγείλω. Μέχρι σήμερα 01/03/2022 ούτε καν έκαναν τον κόπο να απαντήσουν. Γράψιμο κανονικό! Το παρήγγειλα τελικά από αλλού!
I sent them an e-mail on 16/02/2022 to ask about a spare part I wanted to order. Until today 01/03/2022 they did not even bother to answer. Writing normal! I finally ordered it from somewhere else!
