Ίσως να μην έχουν ραντεβού; Δεν ξέρω Η κυρία στην υποδοχή ήταν πάρα μα πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική, κέρασε καφέ από κοντινή καφετέρια σε μένα και σε άλλους που ήταν εκεί, μου έφτιαξε τα χαρτιά κατ'ευθείαν και σε μισή ώρα ήμουν έτοιμη να φύγω. Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι πως την επόμενη φορά πάλι εκεί θα πάω. I had an appointment, I passed my time, I had no waiting at all. I did not expect it because every time I go out there it has a long enough queue. Maybe they do not have an appointment? I do not know The lady at the reception was very, very helpful, she offered coffee from a nearby cafeteria to me and others who were there, she made my papers straight and in half an hour I was ready to leave. The only sure thing is that next time I will go there again.

M	Maria Apidianaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν με κάλεσαν ΠΟΤΕ ότι έχει λήξει η ημερομηνία για νέο έλεγχο από τον 05/2021 γιατί δήθεν ο υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε αρχικά δεν είχε σημειώσει τα τηλέφωνα επικοινωνίας μου . Το είδα τυχαία και κάλεσα εχθές για να κλείσω ραντεβού . Χρεώθηκα επιπλέον 69€ πρόστιμο λόγω καθυστερημένης ημερομηνίας επανελέγχου . ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ για δικό τους λάθος . Φυσικά δεν θα τους ξανά προτιμήσω I was NEVER called that the date for a new check from 05/2021 has expired because allegedly the employee who served me initially had not noted my contact numbers. I saw it by chance and called yesterday to make an appointment. I was charged an additional € 69 fine due to a delayed due date. UNACCEPTABLE for their own mistake. Of course I will not prefer them again
