★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About Mavro Lithari...We came into a really busy hour and yes we didnt find any free umbrellas at all so we decided to sit at the bar. Great atmosphere with music and the staff behind the bar smiling all the time. Service was good and quick. When the DJ came the atmosphere got even better. Prices are fine. Positive is that there are a ton of parking spaces near the bar. My only concern was the water of the sea being dirty. I went in the water only once... maybe it was just a random day and on other days the sea is clean. We will have to see about that and yes i will visit this place again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sea is not great. Little pebbles in the beginning make it hard to get in a d it gets deep very quickly so not ideal for little kids. The straw umbrellas on the beach are a nice touch though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the nearest beach to where we were, unfortunately not the best one of the area. Especially, if like me, you have small kids. We went there on a Saturday afternoon and the beach was packed with young couples some of them getting very "familiar" with each other. Not something I wanted my kids to see! The beach itself was quite small and very pebbley, unlike the beautiful Anavyssos beach nearby. The music was very loud and there was also a beach tennis tournament going on which added to the already very claustrophobic atmosphere. For young families and a more relaxed atmosphere, I would recommend Anavyssos or Palaia Fokaia about 2 km away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view, good service, inside and outside seating. Open all year round. Ample parking space. Really crowded in July and August; in this time period music is loud, beat style. Tennis court and rackets area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Bar owners, please encourage your customers to drink coffee from their own cups (announce 5-10% discount) and please replace plastic straws by at least paper straws. Stop using disposables stuff! There is so much plastic trash found on the beach ? See the photos of what I picked up just in 5 minutes walking around the sea. This is our common responsibility to solve the situation. Please take care of the environment, be eco-conscious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loads of activity here, paddle boats, canoes, even jetskis, unfortunately we went on a Sunday, totally packed the greek word "ΗΑΜΟΣ" describes it perfectly. Also a little dissapointed at how expensive everything in the cafe's is. On the up side there is a Kiosk across the road, you can get an icecream for half the price. I recommend this beach on a weekday. I think Baila beachbar is the best one. ♥️
