★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα ένα τριμηνιαίο προγραμμα διατροφης και γυμναστικής ! Πίστευα ότι θα μου στείλουν με email ένα προγραμμα με κάποιες ασκήσεις! Αλλά το προγραμμα είναι μια εξαιρετική εφαρμογή που λειτουργεί με χρόνους και σε αυστηρότατα χρονοδιαγράμματα ! Πρώτη φορά κάνω προπονηση και είναι σαν να κάνω και αερόβια κ αναερόβιο μαζί! Επίσης η εξυπηρέτηση από την ομάδα (με την Κατερίνα μιλάω εγώ) είναι ΑΨΟΓΗ! Keep going !
I got a quarterly diet and exercise program! I thought they would email me a program with some exercises! But the program is a great application that works on time and on very strict schedules! This is my first time training and it 's like doing both aerobic and anaerobic together! Also the service from the team (I speak with Katerina) is EXCELLENT! Keep going!
