Είμαι πραγματικά πολύ ευχαριστημενη. Διαβάζοντας, δε τις αρνητικές κριτικές, πραγματικά απορώ. Η έχουν μπει σε άλλο μαγαζί ή περιμένουν ο κόσμος να περιστρεφεται γύρω τους και οτιδήποτε άλλο απλά δεν είναι αποδεκτό. Τι να πω... εγώ πάντως αισθάνθηκα βασίλισσα κι ας μην αγόρασα όλα όσα δοκίμασα. Ευχαριστώ κορίτσια. Θα ξαναέρθω σύντομα. Service and courtesy from the time the door opens. The girls are willing and kind. The responsible smiling and damned. I'm really happy. Reading, not the negative reviews, I really wonder. They have either entered another store or are waiting for people to turn around and anything else is simply not acceptable. What can I say ... I still felt like a queen even though I did not buy everything I tried. Thanks girls. I will be back soon.

I wonder with so many negative comments that this store goes through because it does not change the behavior of its employees!

Δηλαδη αν θελω να βαλω καπου (εστω και στο σπιτι μου) ενα λευκο απλο φορεμα θα πρεπει να κλεισω ραντεβου για να δω τη συλλογη με τα νυφικα φορεματα; Δε ζητησα νυφικο, ενα απλο λευκο φορεμα ρωτησα αν υπαρχει και ναι ηθελα να κρινω εγω αν μου κανει. Αν ηθελα ραντεβου για νυφικα θα εκλεινα σε οποιοδηποτε γνωστο μαγαζι που εξειδικευονται σε νυφικα. Φυσικα και δεν προκειται να ξαναπατησω για να δω τα μουτρα της αγενεστατης πωλητριας. Unrivaled staff. That is, if I want to put somewhere (even in my house) a white simple dress I have to make an appointment to see the collection of bridal dresses? I did not ask for a wedding dress, a simple white dress I asked if it exists and yes I wanted to judge if it works for me. If I wanted to make an appointment for a wedding dress I would book at any well-known shop that specializes in wedding dresses. Of course, I am not going to cheat again to see the face of the most rude saleswoman.
m	marilyn cocodrouli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατά την διάρκεια των διακοπών μου στην Θεσσαλονίκη επισκεφθηκα το κατάστημα της Max Mara στην Μητροπόλεως ..η αλήθεια είναι ότι έχω ψωνίσει και από αλλά καταστήματα του ίδιου brand από Αθήνα και Ηρακλειο Κρήτης και δηλώνω ότι είχα μακράν την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση .το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό αντιλαμβάνεσαι από την πρώτη στιγμή ότι επικεντρώνονται σε εσένα και δεν εισαι απλά άλλος ένας πελάτης που πέρασε από το κατάστημα τους .Μου έκανε φοβερή εντύπωση το πόσο εξυπηρετική ήταν η υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος με έκανε να νιώσω όμορφα και με κατεύθυνε στην πιο σωστή αγορά που έχω κάνει ποτε. Σας το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και ανυπομονώ στις επόμενες διακοπές μου στην Θεσσαλονίκη να επισκεφτώ ξανά το κατάστημα . During my vacation in Thessaloniki I visited the store of Max Mara in Mitropoleos ..the truth is that I have bought from other stores of the same brand from Athens and Heraklion Crete and I declare that I had by far the best service. The staff is very friendly you understand from the first moment that they focus on you and you are not just another customer who went through their store. . I highly recommend it and I look forward to visiting the store again during my next vacation in Thessaloniki.
Γ	ΓΕΩΡΓΙΑ ΚΑΨΑΛΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ότι εργάζεσαι στη Max Mara δεν σημαίνει ότι είσαι η ίδια η Max Mara. Μ εντυπωσιάζει δε πως όλα τα αρνητικά σχόλια επικεντρώνονται στο ίδιο θέμα αλλά δεν υπάρχει καμία αλλαγή ή βελτίωση στη συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων. Προσωπικά δεν θα έλεγα ότι είναι αγενείς αλλά ψυχρές κ αγέλαστες. Με απλά λόγια πολύ ύφος για το τίποτα. Το brand name κάνει τις πωλήσεις, όχι οι πωλήτριες ..λυπάμαι πολύ, χαλάει η εικόνα της εταιρίας όταν οι άνθρωποι που σ εκπροσωπούν κοιτάνε να πασάρουν η μια στην άλλη πελάτισσες που μπορεί να μην τους γεμίζουν το μάτι. Ένα δρόμο παραπάνω είναι κ το Attica , μια χαρά ποικιλία έχει σε Maxmara ρούχα κ ψώνισα από εκεί τελικά.! Just because you work at Max Mara does not mean that you are Max Mara yourself. It impresses me that all the negative comments focus on the same issue but there is no change or improvement in the behavior of employees. Personally, I would not say that they are rude but cold and unsmiling. In simple words a lot of style for nothing. The brand name makes the sales, not the saleswomen ..I'm very sorry, the image of the company is spoiled when the people who represent you look at each other customers who may not fill their eyes. One way up is Attica, it has a great variety of clothes in Maxmara and I finally bought from there!
