★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατη η κυρία που μίλησα στο τηλέφωνο.Μου το έκλεισε το τηλέφωνο επειδή την ρώτησα κάτι για σεντόνια.Απαράδεκτη,σου κάνει χάρη αν σε εξυπηρετήσει δηλαδή.
 The lady that I spoke on the phone was up to date. It closed the phone because I asked her about bed sheets. Unacceptable, it makes you happy if it serves you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενεστατοι και πολυ εξυπηρετικοι ολοι οι ανθρωποι που μιλησα μαζι τους.. τα προιοντα τα ειχαν στειλει αμεσα ομως καθυστερησαν πολυ με τα ΕΛΤΑ απο 1/12/20 το δεμα βρισκοταν στην Αθηνα και μου το εφεραν στις 24.... ευχαριστω πολυ και για το δωρακι.Η ποιοτητα εξαιρετικη!!!!
Very kind and very helpful all the people I spoke to .. the products were sent immediately but they were very late with ELTA from 1/12/20 the package was in Athens and they brought it to me on 24 .... thank you very much for the gift. The quality is excellent !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειλικρινά πρώτη φορά συναντώ τόσο αναξιόπιστο κατάστημα. Από τις 01/12/20 έγινε ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία και μέχρι σήμερα 15/12/20 δεν είχαμε καμμιά ειδοποίηση για την τύχη της. Στην ανάρτηση γράφουν 2-8 ημέρες παράδοση. Αλλά στην περίπτωση μας έπρεπε να καλέσουμε για να μας πουν ότι δεν το έχουν. Φυσικά και δεν ενδιαφέρθηκαν να μας ενημερώσουν έγκαιρα με eMail όπως γίνεται απ' τους επαγγελματίες συναδέλφους τους.
Honestly for the first time I come across such an unreliable store. From 01/12/20 an online order was placed and until today 15/12/20 we have not had any notification about her fate. In the post they write 2-8 days delivery. But in our case we had to call to be told they did not have it. Of course, they were not interested in informing us in a timely manner by eMail, as is done by their professional colleagues.
