Φ	Φωτεινη Βαρδακαστανη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Ήμασταν απο ταξίδι με ένα βρέφος 7 μηνών και πάθαμε βλάβη. Πηγαμε εκει και παρακαλεσαμε αν γίνεται να το κοιτάξουν. Το μόνο που εισπράξαμε ήταν απάθεια κι αδιαφορία. Πολύ κρίμα οι αντιπροσωπείες να αντιμετωπίζουν έτσι τους πελάτες. Very poor service. We were traveling with a 7-month-old baby and we were injured. We went there and asked if they could look at it. All we received was apathy and indifference. It is a pity that the delegations treat the customers this way.

Ν	ΝΙΚΗΤΑΣ ΚΑΚΚΑΒΑΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πλήρωσα ένα Mazda CX30 τοις μετρητοίς και λίγα μέτρα μετά την αντιπροσωπεία το αμάξι έμεινε από βενζίνη! Στη μέση ενός πολυσυχναστου δρόμου με πολλά φορτηγά. Αναγκάστηκα με τη βοήθεια ανθρώπων να σπρώξω το ολοκαίνουργιο αμάξι στην άκρη του δρόμου και να το αφήσω εκεί για να πάω με τα πόδια μέχρι το πλησιέστερο βενζινάδικο και να φέρω με μπετονακι λίγη βενζίνη. Τηλεφώνησα αμέσως στην αντιπροσωπεία και ο υπάλληλος μου είπε με ύφος "Τι θέλετε να κάνω εγώ τώρα?". Είναι ντροπή να αντιπροσωπεύουν τη Mazda στη χώρα μας τέτοιοι άνθρωποι με έλλειμμα επαγγελματισμού. I paid for a Mazda CX30 in cash and a few meters after the dealership the car ran out of gas! In the middle of a busy street with lots of trucks. With the help of people, I had to push the brand new car to the side of the road and leave it there to walk to the nearest gas station and bring some gasoline with concrete. I immediately called the dealership and the clerk said "What do you want me to do now?" It is a shame that such people with a lack of professionalism represent Mazda in our country.
