A warm and friendly environment with its goal for every guest to feel like home away from the noise and the stresses of everyday life. The high-quality provision of services with the priority to hygiene and the affordable prices made Mazer & Anais to be the first choice in the search lines from many areas in Athens and not only. In 2015 the second Mazer & Anais Beauty Salon opened it’s doors. Nowadays, Mazer & Anais has more than 25 professionals with more than 15 years of European experience. Our personal goal in Mazer & Anais is to become better than yesterday for the best possible services for our guests.
Mazer in Armenian language means “hair”.
Anais is the name of the older sister and the responsible for the aesthetic treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για αφαίρεση και ημιμονιμο μανικιούρ.δεν ήξερα ότι χρεώνουν έξτρα την αφαίρεση που έχει γίνει άλλου.κατανοώ το να το χρεώνετε αν κάποιος δεν κάνει κάτι άλλο .νομίζω όμως ότι το να χρεώνετε 5€ σε πελάτισσα που θα κάνει μανικιούρ και ημιμονιμο είναι υπερβολή.δηλαδή θεωρείτε ότι θα έπρεπε να πάω να το αφαιρέσω εκεί που είχε γίνει και μετά να έρθω σε σας για μανικιούρ ή θα έπρεπε να το αφαιρέσω μόνη μου; αν το ήξερα θα έλεγα απλά ότι μου το είχατε κάνει εσεις και δεν θα πλήρωνα τα 5€.νομίζω πρέπει να επαναπροσδιορισετε τη συγκεκριμένη χρέωση.
I went for a removal and a semi-permanent manicure. I did not know that they charge extra for the removal that has been done elsewhere. I understand that you charge it if someone does not do anything else. that is, do you think that I should go and remove it where it was done and then come to you for a manicure or should I remove it myself? if I knew I would just say that you did it for me and I would not pay the 5 €. I think you have to redefine the specific charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα για μια υπηρεσία πολύ χαμηλού κόστους και ενώ είχα να τους επισκεφτώ πάνω από δυο χρόνια. Αυτό αποδεικνύει πόσο σωστοί επαγγελματίες είναι. Κάνουν πολύ καλή δουλειά και δείχνουν να είναι γνώστες του αντικειμένου. Ο χώρος είναι πραγματικά εξαιρετικός και φιλόξενος.
They served me immediately for a very low cost service and while I had to visit them for over two years. This proves how good professionals they are. They do a very good job and seem to be knowledgeable about the subject. The place is really great and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο ινστιτούτο!! Πήγα για ένααπλό χτεσισμα (χαμηλό κότσο) καθώς ήμουν καλεσμένη σε απογευματινό γάμο και το αποτέλεσμα δεν κράτησε ουτε δύο ώρες. Μέσα στην εκκλησία κατά τη διαδικασία του μυστηριου καθόμουν και εβγαζα τσιμπηδακια... Να σημειώσω ότι είχα ενημερώσει την κοπέλα όταν με ρώτησε πως το αισθάνομαι, ότι το νιώθω χαλαρό και με διαβεβαίωσε ότι δεν θα μου φύγει και να χορέψω ακόμα δεν θα πάθει τίποτα..
Unacceptable institute !! I went for a simple hairstyle (low bun) as I was invited to an afternoon wedding and the result did not last even two hours. Inside the church during the sacrament process I was sitting and taking out tweezers ... To note that I had informed the girl when she asked me how I felt, that I felt relaxed and she assured me that I would not leave and to dance still nothing would happen. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a balayage technique but they transformed my fine hair to burned blonde mess..I paid almost 90e without been informed from the beginning.. The staff was kind and looked professional. The place is a typical local hair salon. When I called them back to tell them that they burned my hair they offered me a free hair botox. Surely, they didn't do it on purpose and it can happen to anyone..but my reality is a super crazy - burned head and now I have to pay all these expensive products to restore my hair..The lady that dyed my hair never admitted that she did a mistake and she tried to sell me expensive salon products to restore my hair (such typical old school method..) I am sorry guys for the bad review but please if you can't do these techniques professionally just don't pretend that you can.. Nobody wants to give money, in order to look better and finally to have totally burned hair for months!!! Merry Christmas from my burned head..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good environment and friendly personel. The lady who did my nails was very polite and friendly towards me. She was a little slow in the beginning trying not to hurt me. I wanted to do also a design but we didn't have the time to do it. That was on me because I didn't tell them from the start that I wanted a design also. It took to hours to do my nails, which I didn't know. I thought it would take an hour. Anyway, I'm very satisfied with the result. I'm going back again.
