β β β β β If you are looking to get some special mcdonalds food thats only available in Crete, you shouldn't go here. It takes a lot of time for your food to get prepared, the staff doesn't speak English very well and it's more expensive than a normal mcdonalds.

β β β β β Greek Mac is a must try however the chips and service let it down tables were dirty after asking for a cloth they said no problem we will clean and it never happened. Everything else was similar to the UK food recommend eating elsewhere for cheaper and better food.

β β β β β Waste of time and money.. this McDonald's is very rushed to provide quick service.. ordered a big tasty meal, when I arrived back to my hotel to eat, the chicken wasn't cooked and the burger looked like it had been made 30mins ago sitting under the warmer... the bum had got hard and wasn't edable if you like your life. McDonald's needs to reconsider how they disturb they product.. this may be a party island but treat the tourists with respect when ordering fast food.

β β β β β Every time we are here it takes about 15 minutes to get our food and there is never anyone else here. My friend hasnβt got the right food multiple times and it has come in different packaging. It is much more expensive than other McDonaldβs. Staff are just rude and one just walked away and cried because they forgot my other friends nuggets ??

β β β β β No toilet paper in the toilets despite me telling them twice. Toilets dirty. The ladies toilet did not lock as it was broken. Ordered a chicken burger and got a beef burger. Waited 20 minutes for the replacement burger to be cooked.

β β β β β 20 minutes for Mcchicken sandwich and Double cheeseburger. Staff were great working very hard but definitely need more staff. This was only 3pm. Would hate to be there when they are busy in the evenings
Drains around the restaurant very smelly.
No staff to clear bins and tables.
If this is a franchise then the owner needs to start employing more staff. First and last visit.

β β β β β It's what you expect a McDonald's to be fast food keeping the international standard it has in the last 50 years. Clean bathrooms, tables cleaned regurlarly, food is warm and fresh. Even if the food has some local flavours, you always find your favorites here. Good service and friendly personel.

β β β β β Love a cheeky MaccyDee's, so it would have been rude not to give this Malia outpost a try. Shouldn't have bothered. Very expensive, clearly bored server and long wait for the food. Tasted OK, but thrown together. Save your money, and use it at a local business... Poor.
