Edit: Υαλουρονικο κάτω από τα μάτια για έντονες σακούλες τον Νοέμβριο του 19 και μέχρι σήμερα 03/01/20 το υλικό κρατάει ακόμα ικανοποιητικα. Dr Leyla είσαι κορυφή! Ms. Leyla is an amazing scientist and light-hearted! I had an amazing result with the injectable hyaluronic acid! G	G Eo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η γιατρός είναι ευγενέστατη αλλά ύστερα από δύο φορές που πήγα διαπίστωσα ότι μετά από κάτι που κάνει κάποιος δεν καλεί για επανεξέταση να ελέγξει πως πήγε,να διορθώσει αν χρειαστεί ή όχι.Καταλαβαίνω το φόρτο εργασίας από τα πολλά ραντεβού αλλά οι γιατροί δεν αφήνουν έτσι τους πελάτες τους μετά από οτιδήποτε και αν έχουν κάνει. The doctor is very kind but after two times I went I found that after something he does someone does not call for a review to check how he went, to correct if necessary or not. I understand the workload from the many appointments but the doctors do not leave them like that their customers after whatever they have done.

Στης 20 Μαΐου είχα ραντεβού με την ιατρό (το οποίο είχα κλείσει 2 μήνες πριν), καθώς κι ενημέρωσα ότι ανεβαίνω από Κρήτη. 10 μέρες πριν το ραντεβού με ενημέρωσαν τηλεφωνικά ότι «έτυχε κάτι επείγον στην ιατρό» κι ενώ τους υπενθύμισα ότι έρχομαι από Κρήτη (συνεπώς έχω επενδύσει επιπλέον χρήματα στα εισιτήρια και την διαμονή μου) εκείνοι επέμειναν ότι δεν γίνεται να με εξυπηρετήσουν γιατί έχει μια «σοβαρή υποχρέωση» η ιατρός! Μου έδωσαν μια επιλογή να πάω αρχές Ιουνίου, πράγμα που δεν ήταν εφικτό λόγω της δουλειάς μου και ύστερα «από μέσα Ιουλίου» αν θέλω. Εγώ δεν κατάφερα ούτε τα χρήματα των αεροπορικών να πάρω πίσω, ούτε του ξενοδοχείο…10 μέρες πριν! Την ημέρα του ραντεβού η ιατρός ανέβασε φωτογραφίες στη Disneyland, αρκετά σοβαρή υποχρέωση επομένως για να φερθεί με τέτοια ασέβεια στον χρόνο, τα χρήματα και την νοημοσύνη ενός ασθενή. Όταν κάλεσα στο ιατρείο για να εκφράσω το παραπονο αυτό, χαρακτηρίζοντας την συμπεριφορά τους «τραγική», μου επιτέθηκαν για την ασέβεια που δείχνω εγώ σε μια «ιατρο»! Λέγοντας μου ότι «δεν χρωστάει η γιατρός αναφορά για το τι κάνει στην προσωπική της ζωή». Απαράδεκτοι. Αντιεπαγγελματιες. Αγενέστατοι. Instead of professionalism in all its glory! On the 20th of May I had an appointment with the doctor (which I had booked 2 months ago), as well as I informed that I was going up from Crete. 10 days before the appointment I was informed by phone that "something urgent happened to the doctor" and while I reminded them that I am coming from Crete (therefore I have invested extra money in my tickets and accommodation) they insisted that they could not serve me because he has a "serious obligation "the doctor! I was given the option to go in early June, which was not possible due to my job and then "from mid-July" if I wanted to. I could not get the money back from the airline or the hotel… 10 days ago! On the day of the appointment the doctor uploaded photos to Disneyland, a serious enough obligation therefore to treat with such disrespect the time, money and intelligence of a patient. When I called the doctor's office to express this complaint, describing their behavior as "tragic", they attacked me for the disrespect I show to a "doctor"! Telling me that "the doctor does not owe a report on what she does in her personal life". Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Αγενέστατοι.
