bought a fridge which was delivered in a disgusting, filthy condition. Store manager ref. purchase 7.5.2018. 4026069. Pic posted. delivery people did not bother to call... soon to need a complete fit out of furniture, whitegoods, computer and entertainment systems for a new apartment... guess ill be looking else and request CLEAN and packaged goods!

I went to buy and airconditinor when I ask for helping that I want to buy this non of them media market salesmen answered me after 30 min waiting and calling salesmen I want to buy this so that talk in Greek language which I dont understand but there face expressions is this???thay act so rudely which I have not expected and the second one salesmen said me i dont no English i went to the say the manager then thay 1 salesmen deal with me after 1 hour stranding wating I bought airconditinor on Thursday thay told me it will tok 1 day for delivery I told them I need it urgent very urgently I pay all money but lok its Monday today now iam calling them to cm and fix my airconditinor thay are putting my call on hold or not even responding me what the hell is this I have never seen such a market like this in my all life is this is eurpr country please chek out the Arab country golf countries thay are not like you guys they never ask can you afford this or that thay never betray you when thay say we will deliver on this day this time exactly they will do it on that time please fix your service and your salesmen and your dealing with costumers care services beacuse this is what you are going its insane

A terrible story happened to me. I paid for order om36380836 in early April. I canceled the order because the product was out of stock. I asked for a refund. These guys were playing for time, they did not return money. I called them, they told me that the last person did not cancel. I told the whole story again. And they again promised to help me and return my money. Then they eventually sent the money. But the wrong amount, they took a lower amount from my other order om38486602 ... They thought that I would not notice that less money came than I paid them? I won't buy here anymore. I have dealt with your network in other countries. Well, it's really very difficult here.

Non-existent service I bought a Bluetooth of the company jbl worth 39.91 € Where after almost 4 months of operation suddenly one headset (specifically the left one) sounded very low, so I took the box with Bluetooth and handed over the purchase receipt to the supposed service of the store (media markt), the service employee there told me that one of the speakers should have burned out, he told me to wait a few days and they will inform me. So 2 months have passed and there is no information, I called them 3 times and they told me that they will inform me not to worry, today I went 20-07-2020 in person to the store and the service was as follows: Yes your request is in pending, I do not know when we will have an update from the Bluetooth company (jbl), when they will inform us, they will inform me then, I told them that it is not reasonable to wait 2 months to inform me, and they replied that it is due to Pandemic that is, the staff is not working. Finally I told them that even if they cut me a credit to make another purchase, he did not accept with the reason to get the answer from the service and after. Unacceptable Ανύπαρκτο service Έκανα αγορά ενός Bluetooth της εταιρείας jbl αξίας 39.91€ Όπου μετά από σχεδόν 4 μήνες λειτουργίας ξαφνικά το ένα ακουστικό (συγκεκριμένα το αριστερό) ακουγόταν ο ήχος πολύ χαμηλά, έτσι λοιπόν πήρα το κουτί με το Bluetooth και την απόδειξη αγοράς το παρέδωσα στο υποτίθεται service του καταστήματος (media markt), ο εκεί υπάλληλος του service μου είπε ότι θα πρέπει να κάηκε το ένα ηχείο, μου είπε να περιμένω λίγες ημέρες και θα με ενημερώσουν. Το λοιπόν πέρασαν 2μηνες και δεν υπάρχει καμία ενημέρωση, τους έκανα εγώ 3 φόρες κλήση και μου έλεγαν ότι θα με ενημερώσουν να μην ανησυχώ, πήγα σήμερα 20-07-2020 αυτοπροσώπως στο κατάστημα και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν ως εξής : Ναί το αίτημα σας είναι σε εκκρεμότητα, δεν γνωρίζω πότε θα έχουμε ενημέρωση από την εταιρία του Bluetooth (jbl), όταν θα μας ενημερώσουν, θα με ενημερώσουν έπειτα, τους είπα ότι δεν είναι λογικό να περιμένω 2 μήνες για να με ενημερώσουν, και αυτοί μου απάντησαν ότι οφείλεται λόγω της Πανδημίας δηλαδή δεν εργάζεται το προσωπικό. Τέλος τους ανέφερα ότι έστω να μου έκοβαν ένα πιστωτικό για να έκανα άλλη αγορά, δεν δέχτηκε με την αιτιολογία να πάρει την απάντησή από το service και μετά. Απαράδεκτοι.
