V	Venigjar Llanaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a joke! I order a pair of Aipods online and i chose to pay for the delivery as well which takes 1-2 business working days. I never got them and i spent a lot of time calling the customer support which is racist replying :this is Greece and it is normal that we dont speak Greek and you need to learn Greek. I guess that is how the market works here, if you dont speak the language you are screwed. Nobody knew and still doesnt know where the product is and the courier is a complete joke by saying that i didnt know the name of the bell, so he came without letting know while i was at work. Still i decided to get it another day calling the customer support saying that he will come tomorrow but we dont know what time so i guess i have to stop working for an entire week in order to get the product which i paid for and as well as for the delivery! 1 week know and still poor customer support and the problem was not resolved. I mean i get products from Amazon in less the 3 days.Asked for refund and was told that it takes up to 15 days. Of course getting the money is immediate but refunding them takes ages! Worst experience ever!
P	Passons Family Vlog! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to get a camera, chose the one we wanted, asked the associate to get it, he spent 10 minutes telling us we need to buy the warranty. We told him no thank you. He disappeared for another 10 minutes, came back, gave us a discount on the camera and said we need to buy the warranty. We said no thank you, and that we just wanted the camera. Then he kept making smart remarks like, "nobody buys cameras here without a warranty", and "you're not making a smart decision, your camera will break". Finally, after 30 minutes of trying to buy the 500 Euro camera, we had to walk out without it simply because he would not shut-up and check us out. Belittling your customers and forcing them to buy warranties is NOT good customer service. Service was helpful before we said no, and the store was clean and mostly organized.
K	Knight Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit small for media markt but it's fine. A lot of staff BTW and it was a bit annoying that they were such a chatterbox and at the Cashier they don't even give you a bag to put what you bought and the place is a mess

D	Dimitrios Ntapantas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the greatest experience. I had to wait 1 hour to receive a refund for an order which I cancelled. I had a call advice me to visit one of the stores as I had paid with a Debit Card. I went and I had to wait 1 hour as they couldnt proceed without approval. Their system really sacks!!!!!!!! I am not giving one start because the staff at least were helpful

I search online for a specific PS4 controller I wanted to gift to a friend (the berry blue color controller). Apparently Media Markt was the only store in Athens that had it available.. I drive there in order to get it asap, and of course they didn't have it ?"it is available only in Thessaloniki".. I knew I made a mistake by not calling before going there. Moreover, ultra slow customer service at the cash desk, clumsy atmosphere. The place was not packed and still there I was waiting for too long in a tiny line of people.. There was also an issue with the scanning of some codes, and a lady had to took the products and brought em back 15 mins later Zzz so I had to wait even longer staring at the cashier. Three times I told myself 'nevermind just leave already' and if I had the time to drive to another store before they close for the night I would have left for sure! Last but not least, I go back home, take a look at the receipt.. there was a discount to a product from 13 -->10 euros. Guess what they charged me xD if you are on a lazy day and feel like having an unpredictable, full of thrills adventure, go visit this place and try to have fun! I think I am never going there again :)

One of the cashiers was wearing her mask with the nose not covered (-1 star). Otherwise no complaints. Fast, no waiting, few people, lots of staff to help.
