★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iphone dropped at the marine, quickly needed a new phone, ordered online paid 3d secured, half an hour later my wife wants to pick up the phone with all the necessary paperwork. they did not wanted to give the to her. What they needed, here comes the biggest online joke of the century, order confirmation (which she had, and that should be it since it was paid for) I should come with her personnaly and show them in real live the credit card which was paid with!!!. i cancel the order and asked them if they shipped it to the hotel would we need to do that too? Anyway. Cancellation done immediately and money after 2 days still not refunded, not even a confirmation email on refund nothing. Very childish, unprofessional employees, with zero knowledge on online sales.
