★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, το επισκέφθηκαμε 2 φορές μέχρι να αποφασίσουμε, την πρώτη μας εξυπηρέτησε η κυρία που εργάζεται εκει- πολύ βοηθητική και επεξηγηματικη- και την 2η ο κύριος - ο οποίος άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις (πολύ ευγενικός και αναλυτικός - χωρίς να μας πιέζει για αγορά, και απάντησε σε όλες μας τις απορίες). Οι τιμές αρκετά καλές, το προϊόν θα φανεί στη πορεία. Γενικά το μαγαζί το προτείνω έστω και για να ρίξει κάποιος μια ματιά.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όσες φορές κι αν πήγα (λόγω έρευνας αγοράς), η υπάλληλος με εξυπηρέτησε σαν να ήταν η πρώτη φορά. Ευγενέστατη και χαμογελαστή, απαντούσε σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μου. Ξέρει τι πουλάει και σου εξηγεί τα πάντα λεπτομερέστατα.
Ο χώρος πολύ ήσυχος και καθαρός. Το δε στρώμα που (τελικά) πήραμε, μας άφησε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένους.
Μπράβο σε όλα τα παιδιά που εργάζονται εκεί

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πωλήτρια της Κατσιμίδου ή δεν κάνει για πωλήτρια ή είναι ανεκπαίδευτη. Η συμπεριφορά και το στυλάκι της απαράδεκτο έως προσβλητικό. Οτι σας κάτσει από τον ΟΑΕΔ τις προσλαβάνετε? Κρίμα για την εταιρία και τα προϊόντα σας. Ούτε τα σημάδια αγοράς του πελάτη ξέρει να διακρίνει, ούτε υπομονή έχει.
