★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγείλαμε από το Mediastrom που είναι δίπλα στο Υγεία,στο Μαρούσι, ένα ανατομικό τελάρο που σημειωτέον ήταν και πανάκριβο - βέβαια άξιζε τα λεφτά του. Το πρόβλημά μας είναι με τα δυο παιδιά που μας το έφεραν σπίτι. Ανέβηκαν πάνω φουριόζοι και ήθελαν να το αφήσουν και να φύγουν. Τους λέω δε θα το τοποθετήσετε; Μου απαντάει ο ένας ότι έπρεπε να είχατε βγάλει ήδη τις τάβλες από το κρεβάτι και ότι βιάζεται γιατί έχει κλείσει το δρόμο και θα τον γράψουν!!! Και συνεχίζει λέγοντάς μου....γιατί δεν είπατε να στείλουν το μικρό λεωφορειάκι; Ότι εγώ δηλαδή που πρώτη φορά παραγγέλνω, ήξερα ότι υπάρχουν 2 λεωφορειάκια κι ότι παίζει να μη βρει να παρκάρει οπότε να φέρει το μικρό!Πού να το ' ξερά του λέω!!!! Άλλη φορά μου λέει να το λέτε. Ο παραλογισμός στο μεγαλείο του! Με τα πολλά το τοποθέτησαν το τελάρο σα να μου κάνουν χάρη και έφυγαν. Απογοήτευση. Δε φέρονται έτσι στους πελάτες. Δεν πρόκειται να μας ξαναδούν.
We ordered from Mediastrom, which is next to Hygeia, in Maroussi, an anatomical crate that was remarkably expensive - of course it was worth the money. Our problem is with the two children who brought it home. Furious people came up and wanted to leave it and leave. I tell them you will not place it? And he keeps telling me .... why didn't you tell them to send the little bus? That is, that I, who order for the first time, knew that there are 2 buses and that he plays not to find parking so he can bring the small one! I tell him where to dry it !!!! Another time he tells me to say it. The absurdity in its grandeur! By and large, they placed the crate as if to do me a favor and left. Disappointment. They do not treat customers like that. They are not going to see us again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mattress that I wanted to buy costed +80-90 euros from the shown price. The reason was an additional 1cm in the dimensions and the cost of bringing the mattress to my house. Do they expect for people to carry the mattresses themselves? They should provide free shipping. Moreover, the delay was 15 days. Also they are not willing to take the old mattress.
Nevertheless, the quality, and the service inside the shop were really good.
