When I explained that I would be leaving the country, before the new shoes could be made available I was refused a refund . I was asked to return to the shop the next day the new shoes would be there, they weren't, I have had to ask a friend to pick them up for me and post them on. No apologies for the sub-stanard shoes no apology for my wasted trips to the shop, or cost of postage rudest people I have ever dealt with . I have asked what will happen if the same thing happens the woman in the shop says it won't. I expect she would have said the same about the first pair. Shocking customer service really
