Σ	Σαραντος Πρεβενας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω καρκινοπαθη άνθρωπο με 85% αναπηρία,μετά από ένα μήνα αναμονή για να του κάνουμε την εξέταση,παίρνει τηλέφωνο μια ανάγωγη τηλεφωνήτρια Κ αλλάζει το ραντεβού από 9 το πρωί στης 19:00 το βράδυ.ρωτησαμε τον λόγο Κ η απάντηση ήταν αν σας αρέσει αλλιώς να πάτε σε άλλο..εχωντας φτάσει στα όρια που πρέπει να γίνει η εξέταση συναινούμε μετά από έντονη λογομαχία Κ αφου λέμε ότι χρειάζεται 1 ώρα πριν την εξέταση να γίνει ένεση με το υγρό,μας λέει η τηλεφωνήτρια κάντε την εσείς για να έρθετε έτοιμοι...Κ το ένα αστέρι,πολύ είναι!!!!! Μακριά!!!!! L	Lina Kyriakou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κρίμα ένα κέντρο διαγνωστικό που μας εξυπηρετούσε για πολλά χρόνια τώρα εδώ και αρκετό καιρό να μην βρίσκουμε ραντεβού. Δεν ξέρω τι φταίει για αυτό αλλά νομίζω πρέπει να το δείτε σοβαρά γιατί μας παραπέμπεται σε άλλα διαγνωστικά κέντρα. Too bad a diagnostic center that served us for many years now for quite some time not to find an appointment. I do not know what is wrong with this but I think you should take it seriously because it refers us to other diagnostic centers.
Γ	Γιώργος Σιδέρης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στις 6:20 το πρωί να πάρω το σκιαγραφικό για αξονική άνω κάτω κοιλίας προγραμματισμένη στις 8:30, πήρα το νούμερο μου και περίμενα για να παραλάβω το φάρμακο. Πέρασαν 25 λεπτά αναμονής κατα την διάρκεια των οποίων εξυπηρετούνταν ασθενείς είτε χωρίς νούμερο ή με νούμερο μετά απο εμένα. Τυχαία άκουσα διάλογο της γραμματείας με ασθενή πως όσοι είναι να λάβουν σκιαγραφικό ή να πάρουν αποτελέσματα δεν χρειάζονται νούμερο. Ρώτησα γιατι δεν αναγράφεται κάπου και σε εμφανές σημείο αυτή η εξαίρεση ώστε να μην υπάρχουν ούτε εντάσεις ούτε να περιμένουν άσκοπα όσοι εμπίπτουν σε αυτήν. Η κυρία της γραμματείας μου απάντησε πως δεν ευθύνεται και πως θα το αναγράψουν. Το δε ραντεβού που έκλεισα (στις 8:30) δεν είχε απολύτως κανένα νόημα αφού με έβαλαν για αξονική στις 9:10. Η βαθμολόγηση μου, λοιπόν, αφορά στην οργάνωση της υποδοχής. Ασυνέπεια στους χρόνους έκδοσης αποτελεσμάτων που σου ανακοινώνουν και αν έχεις κάνει το λάθος να πας, σου ζητούν να περιμένεις μια ώρα ή να ξαναπεράσεις, μην υπολογίζοντας τον χρόνο σου και την σωματική ή ψυχική σου υγεία. Σήμερα δε, κάλεσα 4 φορές, δεν απάντησαν ποτέ . Μισή ώρα από τη ζωή μου απευθυνόμενη σε ένα ιδιωτικό κέντρο υγείας. Δεν κάλεσα σε δημόσια υπηρεσία. My rating is for secretarial support - reception. Τ	ΤΑΤΙΑΝΑ ΓΚΟΛΙΑΝΤΙΝΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά το σημερινό προγραμματισμένο ραντεβού που είχα στη ιατρική διάγνωση Κερατσινίου για μαγνητική εγκεφάλου θα ήθελα να μοιραστώ την εμπειρία μου, θα ήθελα να αναφέρω πως το μηχάνημα της μαγνητικής τομογραφίας είναι σύγχρονο και σε άριστη κατάσταση! Όπως επίσης να αναφέρω πως όλο το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο και πολυ εξυπηρετικό,ωστόσο θα ήθελα να πω και ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στον Κύριο Δημήτρη που εργάζεται στον μαγνητικό τομογράφο ο οποίος είναι Εξαιρετικός στην δουλειά του, πολυ ευχάριστος και ευγενικός άνθρωπος!!! Και κάνει αυτή τη δύσκολη εξέταση να μοιάζει εύκολη!!! As well as to mention that all the staff is very kind and very helpful, however I would also like to say a big thank you to Mr. Dimitris who works on the MRI who is Excellent in his work, very pleasant and kind person !!! And it makes this difficult exam seem easy !!!

D	Dominique Gibson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the hottest day in Athens for 40 years - they decide to book 40 people for Covid/19 tests - at 08:00 and 08:30 - and standing outside in the main avenue, waiting to be called 1 1/2 hours later - no information just screamed at to wait outside. Very rude receptionist. Terrible service and appalling organisation - not even a person at the door to assist and update people. Very disappointed after using them last year and they seemed to be efficient THEN but not now.
