Medical Laboratory Emmanouil kypraios - Κυκλάδες

Έκλεισα ραντεβού για ραπιντ για λογαριασμό αλλοδαπού που το χρειαζόταν οπωσδήποτε για το ταξίδι στον Πειραιά και την επόμενη για να πετάξει για τη χώρα του. Εξήγησα σε κάποια κυρία στο τηλέφωνο πόσο σημαντικό ήταν να γίνει σήμερα το πρωί το ραπιντ και μου έκλεισε ραντεβού για 8το πρωί. Όταν ο άνθρωπος πήγε εκεί, ήταν κλειστοί και σε τηλεφωνική μας επικοινωνία αρνήθηκαν και ότι υπάρχει ραντεβού στο συγκεκριμένο όνομα και μου έκλεισαν το τηλέφωνο. ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ. ΚΆΚΙΣΤΗ ΠΟΙΌΤΗΤΑ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΏΝ. ΑΝΑΞΙΟΠΙΣΤΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΑΓΕΝΕΣΤΑΤΟΙ. ΠΟΤΕΛΟΥΝ ΔΥΣΦΉΜΙΣΗ ΓΙΑ ΤΗ ΜΉΛΟ.ΛΥΠΑΜΑΙ ΠΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΣΤΗΝ ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ ΣΑΣ ΨΕΥΔΕΣΤΕ.Με εσάς είχα μιλήσει με μια κυρία που ο ίδιος είπατε ότι ήταν η σύζυγος σας,ενημέρωσα μάλιστα και το ξενοδοχείο μας για εσάς για να μη σας ξανασυστησουν

fantastic doctor and consistent

We were in santorini for rapid-antigen tests and we wait about 3 hours for the result without protection measures(the same experience in crete)!I was thinking that happen the same in milos because it is a smaller island but i was suprized with experience which i had with doctor kypraios emmanouil!I was waiting 20 minutes and i had the result in one hour via email with protection measures outside of the laboratory!Until now it was the best experience ever the only which i am afraid it is my travel to athens...good choice guys

Rather more people for rapid-antigen tests this laboratory try to do the best for everyone...It has a specific place outside for rapid-antigen tests (this was very safe for us) and with safety distances

PLEASE READ!! DONT GO! I book a rapid test in order to go back to my country 3 days before, at 12:00 pm. When I got there, no one was there to do the test and four other people were also waiting. They told me to come in half hour later, AND THEY REFUSED TO DO THE TEST because I told them calmly that I’ve been waiting for 30 mins past my test time, which is true. THEY TOLD ME THAT “IM ONLY WAITING FOR HALF AN HOUR, OTHER PEOPLE HERE HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS” THEY THEN TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The guy taking the samples was extremely rude, unprofessional and he was even saying “dont make me upset, my hands are trumbling and I won’t do the test”. I even paid 6 euros as a booking fee which is UNREFUNDABLE and afterall they didn’t do the test to me. DONT GO, SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I understand the frustration from people who had to wait for long periods of time to get tested, I was hesitant at first because of those reviews however my experience here was great. We called ahead of time to make sure there was availability and they tested two of us in under 20min. I'm sure your experience may vary based off of how busy it is, but it is a small operation and they do the best they can. I would add that we booked through the government website where they ask you to put money down to secure a spot and that it would go towards the payment, this wasn't the case and it seems like you're basically throwing that money away.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK. This is the worst experience I've ever had. We booked our rapid test appointment for Friday 13 August at 12. When we arrived at the test centre there was noone to take the samples and had to wait in the queue for 30 mins. There were three people in the office that pretended to be busy, while four other people with appointments were waiting outside too. When we eventually decided to go inside and ask about the test, they were rude, never apologised for keeping us wait for so long (even though we had an appointment an had arranged the rest of our day based on that appointment). They suggested us to go somewhere that is "more organised" if we don't like them and refused to take our samples for the rapid test. The guy supposed to take the samples was unprofessional to say the least, almost threatened us "as his hands were trembling", while his wife (?) was trying to calm him down. As per his words: "This is an extreme situation that cannot be organised". End result: Payed for a service that doesn't exist (non-refundable, no wonder why). Had to find self-tests to actually make our trip back home and not remain stranded on the island. Milos is a wonderful island but this is definitely a scam and a disgrace to the people of Milos. Sad to see people taking advantage of the whole pandemic situation. STAY AWAY.
