Ας μου επιτραπεί να ευχαριστώ ιδιαίτερα την Ιατρό κ.Πάντου Σοφία (τμ.υπερήχων) για τον τρόπο αντιμετώπισης του εξεταζόμενου,δυστυχώς σήμερα τέτοιοι άνθρωποι - επιστήμονες σπανίζουν When I was introduced to this diagnostic center, I did not expect that there is such a diamond in this area with such a high level of service, courtesy and training. Let me especially thank Dr. Pantou Sofia (ultrasound department) for the way the patient is treated, unfortunately today such people - scientists are rare

I visited your place and I have the best words to say. It was all spotless, impeccable service, and Mrs. Everywhere was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Η κυρία, ωστόσο, στην υποδοχή δε φέρει εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης πελατών σε αντίστοιχη θέση. Δεν έβρισκε το ραντεβού μας αλλά δεν μας ενημέρωσε.. μας είχε να περιμένουμε, μέχρι να ρωτήσουμε γιατί επόμενο ραντεβού μπήκε στη θέση μας....Δεν απολογήθηκε για το λάθος, αντιθέτως μας αντιμετώπισε σαν "νευρικούς" πελάτες. Το γραπτό πόρισμα της εξέτασης ο γιατρός μας είπε να περιμένουμε να το πάρουμε αυθημερόν. Η ίδια κυρία στην υποδοχή μας συνέστησε να πάμε την επόμενη μέρα το απόγευμα. Πηγαίνοντας, όντως, την επόμενη, η απάντηση δεν ήταν υπογεγραμμένη γιατί ο γιατρός δεν πήγε το πρωί, αφού κάτι του έτυχε.... Κρίμα ήταν και κοντά, αλλά δε θα ξαναπάμε... The environment and the interior are really tidy and clean. The lady, however, at the reception does not have a customer service experience in a similar position. He did not find our appointment but did not inform us .. he had to wait until we asked why the next appointment came in our place .... He did not apologize for the mistake, instead he treated us as "nervous" customers. The doctor told us to wait for the written result of the examination on the same day. The same lady at the reception recommended that we go the next afternoon. Going, indeed, the next day, the answer was not signed because the doctor did not go in the morning, since something happened to him .... Too bad he was close, but we will not go again ...

E	Eva Bizou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εάν θέλει κάποιος να δει κατι θετικο- που εμένα προσωπικά με αφήνει αδιαφορη- είναι ότι σε πάνε με συνοδεία στον όροφο που είναι οι γιατροί..Τα άτομα του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου άσχετα ως προς τη δουλειά τους. Έκλεισα ραντεβού κ ενημέρωσα πως ήθελα το τελευταίο ραντεβού....με πληροφόρησαν πως δεν μπορούν να το κλείσουν εάν δεν συμπληρωθούν όλες οι κατα σειρά ώρες...κι έτσι μου έκλεισαν το κατά σειρά διαθέσιμο....ενημέρωσα πως δουλεύω κ δεν θα ήθελα να έχω μεγάλη αναμονή....Περίμενα 1 ώρα γιατί προηγήθηκε την ώρα του ραντεβού μου ασθενης χωρίς ραντεβού...ήμουν εκεί 10 λεπτά πριν την ώρα του ραντεβού μου.. Εννοείται πως δεν ζήτησαν συγνώμη. Η γιατρός η επιστήμονας μπήκε στη διαδικασία να δικαιολογηθει για το κέντρο...αυτό δείχνει το επίπεδο τους. Έχουν προσληφθεί άτομα που η μύτη είναι τόσο ψηλά νομίζοντας ότι επιτελούν έργο γιατρού. Σιγουρα φταίνε οι μέτοχοι η ο επιχειρηματιας της medicall... είχα δει σε σχόλια πως κάποιοι το κρίνουν ως διαμάντι στην περιοχή...δλδ τα πραγματικά διαμάντια πως θα τα χαρακτηρισουμε?ούτε νερο δεν εχουν να σου προσφέρουν στον όροφο . If anyone wants to see something positive - which leaves me personally indifferent - it is that they take you escorted to the floor where the doctors are..The people of the call center regardless of their job. I made an appointment and informed that I wanted the last appointment .... they informed me that they can not book it if all the hours in a row are not completed ... and so they closed the available one in a row .... I informed that I work and I will not I wanted to have a long wait .... I waited 1 hour because it was before the time of my appointment patient without an appointment ... I was there 10 minutes before the time of my appointment .. Of course they did not apologize. The doctor-scientist entered the process to justify the center ... this shows their level. People have been hired whose nose is so high that they think they are doing a doctor's job. It's definitely the fault of the shareholders or the businessman of medicall ... I had seen in comments that some people judge it as a diamond in the area ... dld the real diamonds how will we characterize them? They do not even have water to offer you upstairs.
