★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed with the owner of the hotel - Maria, who doesn't speak english or she acted like she doesn't understand me. When I arrived in the hotel, they didn't gave me receipt or even registеrеd me. However, I put only my bags in the room and went to the beach. After 15 minutes I had a call from Bulgaria to come back and I had to leave the hotel. BUT Maria doesn't want to gave me back my money and she acted like she doesn't understand me. After 30 minutes of conversation, she gave me only one part ot my money, because my bags were 15 minutes in the room. This woman is awful and my foot won't step there ever again. Don't go there or want your receipts!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the hotel looks good, the people are kind, the location is good. but unfortunately they have poor internal organization. after I had paid for a room, it later turned out to be busy, which cost me 2 hours of searching for a hotel in the hottest part of the day. I wish you success and a more serious attitude to commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like a new place, nice finishes and materials. There is an elevator(!!!), so for people with low mobility, this could be a big plus. People are really nice, but be prepared to use Google translate, as it's easier to communicate. It's a quiet zone, not far from the beach and promenade. Recommend to go to other beaches with sand, here are only small pebbles. But the residence deserves my 5 stars
