★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ποτέ δεν είναι τυπικοί στα ραντεβού τους. Η αναμονή για προγραμματισμένο ραντεβού φτάνει και την μια ώρα. Απαράδεκτο ειδικά για ιδιωτικό πολυατρειο κ σε τέτοια περίοδο με covid να περιμένεις μάσκα τόση ώρα
 They are never formal in their appointments. The wait for a scheduled appointment is up to one hour. Unacceptable especially for a private polyclinic and in such a period with covid to wait for a mask for so long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα αρχικά το καρδιολογικό τμήμα από το οποίο έμεινα πλήρως ικανοποιημένη και έπειτα το οδοντιατρικό με την άριστη ομάδα του. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους, άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και ικανοποιητικές τιμές για όλα αυτά που προσφέρει. Ο χώρος σκέτη πολυτέλεια που δεν χορταινεις να τον χαζεύεις. Το νοσηλευτικό προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό καθώς και η γραμματειακή υποστήριξη...Μπράβο σε όλους σας!!!
I first visited the cardiology department from which I was completely satisfied and then the dentistry with its excellent team. I highly recommend it to everyone, prompt service and satisfactory prices for everything it offers. The space is pure luxury that you can not get enough of fooling around with. The nursing staff is very kind as well as the secretarial support ... Well done to all of you !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, εξαιρετικά ευγενικό προσωπικό με συνέπεια και ακρίβεια στα ραντεβού. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος.
I highly recommend it, extremely polite staff with consistency and accuracy in appointments. Very clean space.

After the first time I visited it, it has now become my personal medi (terraneo) first care! It is reliable and the staff is very polite as well as its services !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mrs Liatsi is an excellent children's dentist!!! Personnel is very polite and professional!!! Service was amazing and exceptionally fast!!! Prices on the other hand very reasonable... Parking is never an issue since it's in the City Plaza Mall.... and on my way out did also some shopping on my favorite Marks & Spencer Food!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had unfortunate complications with the gynaecologist there who has by mistake cut my ureter during a routine myomectomy and hysterectomy last December 2021 and now I run the risk of losing a healthy kidney during an upcoming fourth surgery in the United Kingdom. I am now kept alive by a silicone stent that causes incessant pain and irritation, and I am on painkillers and tranquillisers all day and night. Please research your healthcare providers carefully. I do not wish this dreadfulness not even on my worst enemy. The damage this has caused to my mental health far exceeds the state of my physical health. You may be able to survive physical pain but emotional pain is forever. My case will now will be handled by the laws of malpractice and negligence due to several mistakes that could have EASILY been avoided. Regardless the legal actions, nothing will ever be able to erase the engraved memories of the pain and agony I went through with a doctor I put all my trust in. I cannot add photos at the moment as they are being used in a court of law. I have been a loyal patient of Mediterraneo Hospital and Mediterraneo First care for years until this nightmare began. Good luck.
