P	Papadopoulou Eleni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε γενικές γραμμές έμεινα ευχαριστημένη απο την παροχή υπηρεσίας των υπαλλήλων (ημιμόνιμο pedicure και ενισχυμένο manicure) Το μόνο θέμα ήταν ο κύριος/ μπαμπούλας που καθόταν στο ταμείο (καταστημα Μπότσαρη) και ο οποίος ουδεμία σχέση ή συνάφεια φαινόταν να έχει με ολο το περιβάλλον. Έβαζε "κόφτη" σε οποιαδηποτε επιπλέον υπηρεσία (πληρωμένη εννοείται) με τη δικαιολογία της έλλειψης χρόνου. Σε μια ερώτηση μου σχετικά με μελλοντικό ραντεβού ενιωσα οτι προσπαθει να με "ξεπετάξει" με κακό χιούμορ, το οποίο επιχείρησε να διορθωσει η κυρία δίπλα του. Αγέλαστος και γενικά πολυ κακό match για το περιβάλλον του καταστήματος. Έμοιαζε σαν να μη θελει να βρίσκεται εκεί Έδωσε έναν αέρα "φασόν" και "strictly business" χωρίς καμία ελευθερία για πιο προσωπική και ανθρώπινη αντιμετωπιση (κατι το οποίο μαλλον προσπαθούν να εξισορροπήσουν οι υπάλληλοι μόνοι τους) Αφήστε καλύτερα τα κορίτσια να διαχειριστούν το καταστημα. Εκανα ημιμονιμο σε πόδια και χέρια πριν φύγω διακοπές και σε 3 μέρες μου χάλασαν τα νύχια. Φούσκωσαν και έφυγε όλο. Απαράδεκτοι. Τα χρήματα που δίνεις δεν είναι καθόλου λίγα σε σχέση με αυτά που προσφέρουν. Λυπάμαι 18.8.21 Μετά από επικοινωνία με την αλυσίδα, μου πρότειναν άμεσα να μου τα φτιάξουν πάλι. Εκτίμησα την ανταπόκριση τους και κίνηση τους αυτή. Μου διόρθωσαν τα νύχια από την αρχή χωρίς έξοδα και πλέον μου κράτησαν πολύ. Ίσως να έγινε κάποιο λάθος την πρώτη φορά. I do not recommend it for semi-permanent hands and feet. I wonder what some of you say was a flawless job. I did semi-permanent on my legs and arms before I went on vacation and in 3 days my nails broke. They inflated and it all left. Unacceptable. The money you give is not at all small compared to what they offer. I am sorry 18.8.21 After contacting the chain, they immediately suggested that they fix it for me again. I appreciated their response and their move. They fixed my nails from the beginning at no cost and now they lasted me a long time. Maybe something went wrong the first time.

First and last time. I went for a haircut and the lady who took me on behaved as if I was a new recruit in the old days. The new kids try anyway.
L	Lalopoulou Efi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εγώ λοιπόν έχω εκπλαγεί από τις αρνητικές κριτικές που διάβασα! Πρώτη φορά σε κατάστημα της συγκεκριμένης αλυσίδας. Πήρα τελευταία στιγμή τηλέφωνο (ημέρες 15Αυγουστου) να ρωτήσω αν υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα ραντεβού για μανικιούρ - πεντικιούρ ημιμονιμο. Αρχικά ο κύριος που απάντησε ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός, δε με αγνόησε, με ενημέρωσε ότι δεν υπάρχει κάτι διαθέσιμο, αλλά αν θέλω μπορεί να κρατήσει τα στοιχεία μου και σε ενδεχόμενη ακύρωση ραντεβού να με ενημερώσει για να με εξυπηρετησουν, έστω και σε διαφορετικές ημέρες. Στο επόμενο 15λεπτο με κάλεσε να μ'ενημερωσει ότι ακυρώθηκε ένα ραντεβού για το μεσημεράκι της ίδιας ημέρας και αν με βολεύει να μ' εξυπηρετησουν για τη μια τουλάχιστον παροχή, όπως κι έγινε. Πηγαίνοντας στο κατάστημα, συνάντησα ένα καθόλα όμορφο περιβάλλον, ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό από την είσοδο έως και το βάθος του καταστήματος! Όσον αφορά την παροχή τώρα δεν έχω λόγια, μου έκανε το πεντικιούρ η Μαριάννα, μια ευγενέστατη και γλυκιά κοπέλα, που όμως ήξερε και πολύ καλά να κάνει τη δουλειά της!!! Η αλήθεια είναι ότι για κάποιο συγκεκριμένο λόγο, καταλάμβανα αρκετό χώρο κι ενώ θα μπορούσε έστω και ένας άνθρωπος από το προσωπικό να δυσανασχετίσει, αντιθέτως ήταν όλοι εξαιρετικοί! Όπως γίνεται αντιληπτό δεν ακολουθήθηκε η γνωστή μέθοδος της "ξεπέτας" (συγγνώμη για την έκφραση) για να πουν απλά ότι μ'εξυπηρετησαν!!!!!! Μπράβο για όλη τη συμπεριφορά τους και την εξυπηρέτησή τους! Εγώ είναι αυτονόητο ότι θα ξαναπάω! So I'm surprised by the negative reviews I read! First time in a store of this chain. In the next 15 minutes he called me to inform me that an appointment was canceled for the lunch of the same day and if it is convenient for me to be served for at least one benefit, as it happened. Going to the store, I met a completely beautiful environment, polite and smiling staff from the entrance to the back of the store! As far as the provision is concerned, I have no words now, Marianna did the pedicure for me, a very gentle and sweet girl, but she also knew how to do her job very well !!! The truth is that for some specific reason, I took up a lot of space and while even one staff member could be unrelated, on the contrary they were all great! As it is understood, the well-known method of "waking up" (sorry for the expression) was not followed to simply say that they served me !!!!!! Well done for all their behavior and service! It goes without saying that I will go again!

Η ομάδα του κομμωτηρίου διέπρεψε άλλη μια φορά με αρρηκτη και σταθερή συνεργασία μεταξύ τους!!! Μαρουλα είσαι μοναδική("θεούλα" ) , Ιορδάνη μου είσαι φοβερός, "στυλοβατης", εξυπηρετικό τα τος και η Χριστίνα μας σίγουρα σταθερή δύναμη με άριστο αποτέλεσμα !!! Επίσης πολλά μπράβο και στα κορίτσια του μανικιούρ, πεντικιούρ!!! Αδημονω για την επόμενη συνάντησή μας!!! Flawless service, with professionalism, cheerful and happy mood !!!
