H	Harry Tziannos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπάρχει ποικιλία σε ζωα.Βέβαια οι συνθήκες στις οποίες ζουν δεν είναι καθόλου καλες.Ειδικα για τα παπαγαλάκια,πολλα στο ιδιο κλουβι,καποια είχαν δερματικα προβλήματα, γενικα φαίνονταν αγχωμενα.Δεν θα το προτιμούσα σε καμια περίπτωση. There is a variety of animals. Of course the conditions they live in are not good at all. Especially for the parrots, many in the same cage, some had skin problems, they generally seemed stressful. I would not prefer it at all.

Great variety of products, staff impeccable and very kind. The girl who served me gave me all the information about my little fish.

Ενώ φαινόταν πιεσμένος ο χρόνος λόγω του ότι περίμεναν να εξυπηρετηθούν και άλλοι πελάτες έξω από το κατάστημα, εγώ έλαβα άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. Άψογο! I went to get food for my canary, and the clerk gave me so much information that I did not know. While time seemed to be running out as other customers outside the store were waiting to be served, I received excellent service. Flawless!

Ειδικά τα πουλιά και τα τρωκτικά. 2) Ελλιπής έως και μηδενική γνώση των υπαλλήλων στο αντικείμενο τους. 3) Γενικά ο χώρος, αν και μεγάλος θα μπορούσε να ήταν διαμορφωμένος καλύτερα έτσι ώστε να είναι πιο φιλικός στον πελάτη αλλά κυρίως στα ζώα. Και τέλος, θεωρώ πως θα μπορούσαν να κάνουν καλύτερη δουλειά στην υγιεινή/καθαριότητα του μαγαζιού. Large variety of foods and products but ... 1) Unacceptable living conditions for animals. Especially birds and rodents. 2) Incomplete up to zero knowledge of employees in their subject. 3) In general, the space, although large, could be better designed to be more customer friendly but mainly to animals. And finally, I think they could do a better job in the hygiene / cleanliness of the store.
