B	Barry Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a lot of equipment basically everything you could need and the place is clean. Haven't had much negative experience personally. Just an FYI the barbells are not full metal standard bars. The ends of the bar that hold the plates are made of hard plastic and weigh 10kg I am told. They work fine and won't slow most down at all. It is just something I'm unaccustomed to but apparently is common here. Overall its a good gym.
G	GEREEF on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general I got a positive opinion The showers are clean and same goes to the charging room ( at least on the men's,) Clean also is the huge rooms and the instruments are working properly One negative that I noticed and in the first dates was a kind of annoying was that most of the staff have Abit of attitude They are not aggressive or rude but FOR HAVEN'S SHAKE Crack a smile will you ??RIght now (later days of July 2019 they hired new personel which they appear to be quite polite and kind.For the fist time when i leave the gym i heard the young tall girl tell Godspeed ad have a nice day etc The big wound is Dimitris (i have'nt see him for a few days and i hope he is transfered to another gym of the chain...All the other for me it's OK Gym is very clean instruments working fine and most important it'donly 5 minutes from home .Hoping thst new staff will remain polite as now It's only o smile peopole Nothing else.
E	E Kawash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym. Equipment is good. Pretty large. Customer service is zero. But the gym is very good. I paid 30 euro for registration fees. And 69 euro for 3 month. They usually have a sale on membership. 140 for the the whole year.
P	Philip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really good fitness center. It's very spacious and very well equipped, with a great vibe! Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Reasonably priced.

D	Dolce Doddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros : Excellent equipped, plethora of modern and expensive technogym machines, friendly and well trained personnel, clean and luxurious dressing rooms. I am very satisfied and use it the last 4 years. As long as you have an expensive membership i.e. euro 679/year, you are enjoying VIP treatment. If you have bought the basic membership i.e. euro 199/year, you are "invisible", you do everything by yourself. Cons? no sauna, swimming pool nor free parking space during peak hours. Provided that you frequently go to gym, in my opinion Mega is much better gym than Holmes which doesn't have the aforementioned cons but it is poorly equipped. The latter I would prefer it only for networking or remote / outdoors exercises not for in the gym training.
T	Tony D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: - well equipped gym, even includes various stretching machines, better equipped than most of the gyms nearby, very few out of order machines. - staff is courteous, mostly hands off - inexpensive (I believe I paid around 199 for a yearly subscription) - most the customers are polite, barely any steroid hotheads looking for trouble. - walking distance from both lower and upper glyfada, lots of parking spots within a few blocks. Cons: - this is mostly a "light" gym. The barbells themselves are only 10kg barbells (22lbs) as opposed to the standard/Olympic ~20kg ones. The dumbbells only go up to 44kg. - only one squat rack. expect to wait at least 30 minutes on leg day and to have to fend off multiple people who are also waiting in line for it. - not super hygienic, specially during Covid. Most people don't wear a mask, don't bring any towels with them, and many don't clean up after themselves. It doesn't look like there is anyone regularly cleaning more than once a day. Add very hot summer temperatures to the mix (especially on the lower floor), and you end up with a bunch of sweat soaked benches, warm slippery barbells, etc. All things considered, I've tried five different gyms in Glyfada over the past years, and this one was by far the best value for money.
C	Christy- e on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good experience when it's not peak hours. They have ONE (1!) Squat rack. It would be ideal if they had at least 2 more, so the members would stop hovering over whoever is using the one (unstable) squat rack. Get rid of some smith machines and replace them with CAGES! :D
