Υπάρχει συνεπεια στην ώρα παράδοσης των αποτελεσμάτων και πάντα το προσωπικό με διάθεση να βοηθήσει! All staff incredibly helpful and humane. Chara, Soula, Fani and Olina adorn the center! There is consistency in the delivery time of the results and always the staff willing to help!
Μ	Μαρια Σ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ελλιπής ενημέρωση από την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με αποτέλεσμα όταν πήγα εκεί δεν κατάφερα να εξυπηρετηθω. Σάββατο πραγματοποιούνται αιμοληψιες μέχρι τις 10.30 (κάτι το οποίο δεν διευκρίνισαν οταν τους ρώτησα στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία), φτάνω 10.15 και αρνήθηκαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν λέγοντας πως πέρασε η ώρα των αιμοληψιων. Οι υπάλληλοι εκεί, οταν εξέφρασα τα παράπονα μου, απάντησαν με αγένεια και έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού, ενώ δηλώνουν και επαγγελματίες υγείας. M	Madalena P.S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειλικρινά ότι καλυτερο υπάρχει. Τα κορίτσια είναι διαμάντια και σε προσεχουν πολυ, είναι παντα με χαμόγελο και επαγγελματίες. Ειδικά η Χαρά και η Σούλα δεν το συζητώ κορυφή. Honestly the best there is. Girls are diamonds and they pay a lot of attention to you, they are always smiling and professional. Especially Chara and Soula, I do not discuss it at the top.

Ειδικότερα η Χαρά κ η Ολύνα ειναι εξαιρετικες στην δουλειά τους, γλυκύτατες κ πάντα με το χαμόγελο, πράγμα σπάνιο στα περισσότερα διαγνωστικά κέντρα. Μπράβο στο Megalab για την επιλογή τόσο καλών ανθρώπων! Very good service! Ευγενική , εξυπηρετική, άψογη στην δουλειά της με το χαμόγελο … Πρώτη φορά που δεν ένιωσα ούτε τσίμπημα ! Χίλια μπράβο ! Flawless and immediate service from the girl at the reception but also at the Microbiological! A thousand stars in Joy. Με πήρε τηλέφωνο αμέσως μόλις βγήκαν οι εξετάσεις μου για να με ενημερώσει γιατί ήξερε ότι είχα ανησυχία. Την ευχαριστώ πολύ !!! Μπράβο- κυρίως - για την ανθρωπιά! T	Thodoris Vasiliou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ μικρός θαλαμίσκος για την συλλογή δειγμάτων SARS Cov-2, με ελλιπή αερισμό μιας και η πόρτα παραμένει κλειστή κάνοντας την πιθανότητα διασποράς εξαιρετικά μεγάλη. Ζητήστε να αφήσουν την εξωτερική πορτα ανοιχτή, μιας και το φορητό σύστημα καθαριστή αέρα δεν είναι δυνατόν να λειτουργήσει με εισερχόμενους ανά 3λεπτο. Το παραπάνω αστέρι το δίνω για την εξυπηρέτηση από τους υπαλλήλους και την προσπάθειά τους για έγκαιρη ενημέρωση. Ask to leave the front door open, as the portable air purifier system can not work with incoming every 3 minutes.
