Πήγαμε τελευταία στιγμή τρία άτομα αφού είχε προηγηθη τηλέφωνο λίγη ώρα πριν και τα κορίτσια έκαναν το κάτι παραπάνω για να μας εξυπηρετήσουνε It is rare in Athens to mark such service with humor and to feel so familiar. Ιδιαιτέρως η Νίκη και η Σωτηρία ευγενέστατες, εξυπηρετικότατες, άψογες στη δουλειά τους και προσέχουν τα παιδιά με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο, ώστε να είναι ήρεμα και συνεργάσιμα κατά την εξέταση. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θεωρώ ότι πέντε (5) αστέρια είναι λίγα για το συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό κέντρο και το προσωπικό. Ιωάννα Κορδονούρη All staff excellent professionals. B	Basia Drakopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ επιφυλακτικά, έχοντας διαβάσει τα σχόλια, πήρα τηλέφωνο να κλείσω ραντεβού για την διενέργεια μοριακού τεστ λόγω επικείμενου χειρουργείου. Ενημέρωσα ότι θα χρειαστώ τα αποτελέσματα έγκαιρα γιατί τα έχει ζητήσει και το νοσοκομείο για να δεσμεύσει το χειρουργείο από την προηγούμενη. Με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα τα έχω και πραγματοποίησα το τεστ με ραντεβού τόσο εγώ όσο και ο σύζυγος ως συνοδος. Κάναμε τα τεστ αμέσως μόλις άνοιξαν και 12:30 το μεσημέρι έλαβα τηλεφώνημα αλλά και mail με το σχετικό έγγραφο. Άψογοι. Δύο εβδομάδες μετά έκανα και το δεύτερο χειρουργείο και πάλι ενημερώθηκα άμεσα και με τους δύο τρόπους. A	Anthi Bakopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάω να κάνω μοριακό τεστ Παρασκευή στις 11.30, πληρώνω 47 ευρώ συμπληρώνω 2 φύλλα χαρτιά ενώ ήμουν άρρωστη και μου λένε Σάββατο απόγευμα θα έχεις τα αποτελέσματα. Περιμένω το Σάββατο τίποτα. Μεσολαβεί και η Κυριακή, έρχεται Δευτέρα και παίρνω τηλέφωνο 7.20. Η γραμματέας απαράδεκτη, χωρίς ευγένεια και με ειρωνεία. Της λέω ότι δεν μου έχει έρθει κάποιο αποτέλεσμα και μου λέει ναι είστε θετική μπείτε στο gov εάν θέλετε το αποτέλεσμα όλο ειρωνεία. Της λέω ότι δεν ήρθε κάτι στο mail μου και εάν μπορεί να μου το προωθήσει ξανά και όλο νεύρα λέει οκ σε 1 λεπτό και μου το έκλεισε. Όντως σε κάτι δεύτερα ήρθε το mail. Το συμπέρασμα μου ήταν ότι δεν είχαν στείλει ποτέ το πρώτο mail και ήμουν ανημέρωτη από την Παρασκευή πρωί. Η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο ήταν πολύ αγενέστατη και ειρωνική χωρίς να θέλει να μιλήσει σε κανέναν. Λυπάμαι πολύ. Δεν το συνιστώ σε κανέναν.
