From me a dream come true FINALLY I FOUND A REAL BUTCHER!!! The quality of the products, UNDERSTANDING of their trade, the service is top notch. They also happen to be very friendly and speak English. I am a regular now even if I have to drive. I am a happy cooking (old) boy!
