★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάλεσα στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο με παραπέμψανε στο καταστημα του Ίλιον για ένα προϊόν, έκανα τόση ώρα να πάω και φτάνοντας μου λένε πως δεν υπάρχει ο κωδικός που ζητάω και ότι υπάρχει στον άγιο Δημήτριο, άλλο έναν κωδικό ζητάω (ο οποίος φέρνετε διαθέσιμος) και αυτός δεν υπάρχει, κλείστε το το μαγαζί παιδιά, τσάμπα η βενζίνες! Επώνυμα μαγαζιά και μόνο. Κρίμα και πάλι κρίμα…
I called the call center, they referred me to the Ilion store for a product, I spent so much time going and when they arrived they told me that there is no code I ask for and that it is in Agios Dimitrios, I ask for another code (which you bring available) and he did not there is, close the store guys, shovel or gasoline! Branded stores only. Too bad again too much…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση με υπέροχο κ χαμογελαστό προσωπικό κάτι που σπανίζει στην εποχή που ζούμε.... Έχω αγοράσει από το κατάστημα φωτιστικά για το σπίτι μου τα οποία είναι υπέροχα!!! Αξίζει να πούμε ένα μπράβο στο προσωπικό που μας πρότεινε φωτιστικά πολύ μοντέρνα για τον χώρο μας!!! Συγκεκριμένα με εξυπηρέτησε μια κοπέλα με μαύρα μαλλιά η οποία ήξερε πολύ καλά την δουλειά της!!! Συγχαρητήρια σε όλους!!!!
Flawless service with wonderful and smiling staff, something that is rare in the times we live in .... I have bought from the store lighting fixtures for my home which are wonderful !!! It is worth saying a thumbs up to the staff who suggested very modern lighting for our space !!! Specifically, I was served by a girl with black hair who knew her job very well !!! Congratulations to everybody!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had all sorts of electrical tools and parts, switches, bulbs, cables, lights, connectors, accessories etc. Minor gripe, they did not have the small banana style connectors I needed though to be honest, that's more of an electronics shop item. Still some competitors have them.
