Αφιερώνει τον απαραίτητο χρόνο στον πελάτη του, για να του εξηγήσει το πρόβλημα και να του αναλύσει τις εναλλακτικές του! Εντύπωση προκαλεί το οικονομικό κομμάτι στο τέλος της επίσκεψης στο συνεργείο του, δεδομένου ότι τα αναλώσιμα-ανταλλακτικά που χρησιμοποιεί είναι πολύ καλής ποιότητας! Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! A dignified "carpenter" with excellent knowledge of the subject he deals with! He dedicates the necessary time to his client, to explain the problem to him and to analyze his alternatives! O	Olga Papista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το πηγαινα για χρονια αλλα δυστυχως ο μηχανικος που ειχε σταματησε και πλεον το τρεχει ο ιδιοκτητης. ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΣ! Δε συμπεριφέρεται καθόλου επαγγελματικά και συνεχώς αλλάζει τα λεγομενα του....δεν είναι άνθρωπος εμπιστοσύνης. Η πιο προσφατη εμπειρια μου ειναι η εξης : τον τελευταιο καιρο του πήγαμε το αυτοκίνητο για Service. Όταν παραλάβαμε το αυτοκίνητο μετά το service μας βεβαίωσε ότι όλα είναι τέλεια αλλά καλό θα ήταν να αλλαχτουν οι ιμάντες χρονισμου. Δυο βδομαδες μετα ξαναπηγαμε για αλλαγη ιμαντων και παραλάβαμε ένα αυτοκίνητο που κάνει θόρυβο. Ξαναπηγαμε λοιπον στο συνεργειο και ισχυρίστηκε ότι το πρόβλημα υπηρχε από πριν και το είχε δει όταν έκανε service, ένα λαστιχάκι που χάνει αέρα και πρέπει να αλλαχθεί και αυτο! Του είπαμε ότι δεν ακουγόταν τίποτα στο αυτοκινητο πριν πάμε στο συνεργείο και Ρωτήσαμε γτ δεν αναφέρθηκε σε αυτό όταν αφήσαμε το αμάξι την πρώτη φορά για service. Η απάντηση " άστο να σφυρίζει! Δε θα πάθει τιποτα,δεν το ανέφερα γτ δεν είναι σημαντικο, έλα οπότε θες να στο φτιαξω, μην ανησυχείς και ταξίδια μπορείς να κάνεις κ ότι θες" . Το αφησαμε λοιπον για ενα μηνα λογω δουλειάς , γτ δεν εχουμε το χρονο να πηγαινοερχαμαστε στα συνεργεια και αφου μας βεβαιωσε ο μηχανικος οτι δεν ειναι τιποτα πήγα με το αυτοκίνητο για δουλειά στη Βέροια. Ο θόρυβος χειροτέρεψε και όταν επικοινωνήσαμε μας ενημερωσε οτι πρεπει να γινει αμεσα γτ υπαρχει κινδυνος και μετα μεχρι και να μην αναβει το αυτοκινητο, 2 μέρες πριν τις διακοπές μας. Μας κατηγόρησε μάλιστα ότι το αμελησαμε...Ειναι απαράδεκτο να παίρνεις το αυτοκίνητο σου με πρόβλημα που δεν είχες πριν, να αναγκαζεσαι να επικοινωνεις τηλεφωνικά αλλά και να πηγαίνεις από εκεί εις βάρος του δικου σου χρονου και ολα αυτα ενώ έχεις πληρώσει τόσα λεφτά I was going for years but unfortunately the engineer who had stopped it and now the owner is running it. Inadmissible! He does not behave professionally at all and constantly changes what he says .... he is not a man of trust. My most recent experience is this: we recently took his car for Service. When we received the car after the service he assured us that everything is perfect but it would be good to change the timing belts. Two weeks later we went again for a change of belts and picked up a car that was making noise. So we went to the garage again and he claimed that the problem existed before and he had seen it when he did the service, a tire that loses air and this must be changed as well! We told him that nothing was heard in the car before we went to the garage and we asked why he did not mention it when we left the car for the first time for service. The answer "do not whistle! Nothing will happen, I did not mention it because it is not important, come so you want me to fix it, do not worry and you can travel and do whatever you want". So we left it for a month due to work, because we do not have the time to go to and from the garage and after the engineer assured us that it is nothing I went by car to work in Veria. The noise got worse and when we contacted he informed us that it should be done immediately because there is a risk and then until the car does not start, 2 days before our vacation. He even accused us of neglecting it ... It is unacceptable to take your car with a problem that you did not have before, to be forced to communicate by phone but also to go from there at the expense of your own time and all this while you have paid so much money

Ο μοναδικός συνεχιστής της παλιάς σχολής !!! Ο καλύτερος με διαφορά !!!! The carpenter has an ear and catches the problem at once !!!
