Apartman je solidan. Ima sve što je neophodno. Izuzetno čist. Kupatilo je prostrano i veoma čisto. Možda je jedino mana što ispred apartmana nema bar neku malu odvojenost od ulice.

Wonderful place, just seconds from the beach!

Excellent location, excellent people and service but A LOT A LOT OF NOISE from the beach bar nearby. But that was only our first night... it gets worse: There is no private parking, but public parking, which creates a parking problem and puts at risk the guests' cars. For six (six) nights the room was cleaned, the towels and sheets were changed only once, and at our request. During our stay in Greece in other hotels, towels and bed linen changed daily. 2 (two) nights in a row - Friday and Saturday - loud music sounded from a pub next to the hotel until 2:30 and 04:00 in the morning. We could not open the door for fresh sea breeze and made unsuccessful attempts to sleep with air conditioning on. Our biggest disappointment, however, from the otherwise romantic hotel, was the theft of two pairs of swimsuits out of the clothes line stretch worth around 60€. There's no fence or any other elementary protection from street hooligans and thieves. We had to place our wet towels and other bathing belonging literally on the street... We complained about the noise from the beach bar and the theft to the hotel owners but we were told that nothing could be done because there was no police in Nea Roda. They had to travel 1 hour from Poligiros to respond to the signal. The landlady promised to talk to the owner of the pub but the result the next night was null. We were forced to dry and store our clothes and beach accessories in the very narrow hotel room, which is by no means can be called a studio, but rather, a narrow bedroom. Compensation for the theft, even partial, we have not received from the owner. Other than that everything is perfect! Location and people of Nea Roda are great!no
