★ ★ ★ ★ ★ · Father son due Nicos and Stathis could not have been more accommodating. Correspondence was quick and clear from the start. We arrived into Horto late due to flight delay into Volos airport but there was Nicols waiting for us at the side road as we pulled in from the main road. The positioning of the property is in a stunning area, with mountain, sea and village views. We had the Deluxe Boutique, situated top left as you look out to the sea; two balcony’s with village/sea and sea with Mountain View’s. The newly renovated room has been finished tastefully with comfortable bed, shower had great pressure & always hot. We stayed for a week in June, very hot & where the weekend was a Greek holiday and the terrace was buzzing. I would recommend Melies, its proximity to restaurants is a short walk with two minute walk to Casa Blanca for breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time in Chorto and first time in this part of Greece. I must say that I had a most wonderful summer holiday ever! The beautiful nature contributed to this, the feeling of peace that the village provides, but the most important the hospitality of the owner of the apartment, they are great family and I really felt like a part! This region is full of beautiful beaches on which everyone finds their corner to enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melies owner gets really rude with the parking guests. Some people with kids parked in his parking (how to know, not even one sign) and the guy started swearing to them. All of a sudden, local people said that he is known to be rude in Pelion, definitely not recommended with attitude like this.
Answering to your comment.
1. It was not the 3rd time to park but the 2nd. The 1st time we parked there we did not meet you, probably you was fighting with other people apart from us.
2. All parking places in the area had signs of the apartments and we respected them. Your parking did NOT HAVE ANY SIGN (either public or private), you can install one and avoid all this but you DO NOT HAVE THE BRAIN TO DO IT and you prefer to fight with guests

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really rude owner can justify the 1 star. Let me explain: Going to the beach bar on the beach and not to these apartments, we parked the car in a soil made parking area. The Melies owner in an impolite way said that we are not allowed to park there because it belongs to the appartments. There was no sign at all in the entrance and the guy started insulting at us!!! Of course we removed the car but he could be more polite as we had kids. These people ruin the reputation of Pelion and should be avoided at all cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting the area for many years and I have to say, that this is the best option in the area. Deluxe, seafront, great service and good vibes. We will be back soon. The village is an awesome small haven to enjoy some days off, recharge, sleep well and charge your batteries.
