Δεν σου δίνουν πότε δελτίο αποστολής η παραλαβής..για να συνεννοηθείς μαζί τους πολλά τηλ χωρίς να βρίσκεται άκρη Αλλά σου λένε στην παράδοση κ στο τέλος ψάχνεις να βρεις μόνος σου το προιόν...και ας είσαι στην άλλη άκρη της Ελλάδας .. Όσο για τις τηλεφωνήτριες...αδιάφορες,""ελάτε να το πάρετε μόνη σας"..."δε μπορώ να κανω κατι" .Η χειρότερη ever!!!Κρίμα .άσχημη εμπειρία!! Unacceptable behavior and unprofessionalism !!! They never give you a delivery note or a receipt ... to negotiate with them many phones without being on the edge But they tell you in the tradition and in the end you are looking to find the product yourself ... and be on the other side of Greece .. As for the answering machines ... indifferent, "" come and get it yourself "..." I can not do anything " .The worst ever !!! Too bad .a bad experience !!
N	Nikos Rozakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δόθηκε εντολή μεταφοράς 20 συσκευασίων. Όταν παραδόθηκαν στο πελάτη 6 συσκευασίες είχαν καταστραφεί. Τα προϊόντα ήταν όλα σε 1 παλέτα με μεβράνη συσκευασίας (όπως αναφέρει και η φορτωτική τους) και σημάνσεις αποστολέα και παραλήπτη. Αποσυσκεύασαν την παλέτα, με δική τους πρωτοβουλία, και την επανασυσκεύασαν σε άλλη μικρότερη αφού αφαίρεσαν τις σημάνσεις και την μεμβράνη συσκευσίας. Προκειμένου να διευθετηθεί η αποζημείωση, ακολούθησε αποδεικτικό φωτογραφικό υλικό καθ' υπόδειξή τους και αλλεπάλληλες ηλεκτρονικές αλληλογραφίες υπενθύμισης. Ταυτόχρονα, γινόταν και τηλεφωνικές όχλησεις. Αποτέλεσμα κανένα. A transfer order of 20 packages was given. When 6 packages were delivered to the customer, they were damaged. The products were all in 1 pallet with packaging film (as mentioned in their bill of lading) and sender and recipient markings. They unpacked the pallet, on their own initiative, and repackaged it into another smaller one after removing the markings and the packing film. In order to settle the compensation, they were provided with photographic evidence at their suggestion and a series of reminder emails. At the same time, there was telephone harassment. Result none.

Είχαμε κλείσει δρομολόγιο από την προηγούμενη ημέρα, ο οδηγός την επόμενη δεν ήρθε ποτέ και όταν τους κάλεσα, απλά μου είπαν ότι δεν πρόλαβε. Να επισημάνω ότι το δρομολόγιο αφορούσε το γραφείο στο οποίο εργάζομαι και ήταν πολύ επείγον!!! Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. We had booked a route the day before, the driver the next day never came and when I called them, they just told me he did not catch up. To point out that the itinerary concerned the office where I work and was very urgent !!!
G	Georgios-Michalis Papadopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και η μεταφορά έγινε στην ώρα της και χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα, η εταιρία είναι πραγματικά αισχροκερδής και δεν μπορεί να πάρει καλή κριτική λόγω αυτού. Εν συντομία, σε κάθε μας επικοινωνία, αύξαναν την τιμή που έπρεπε να καταβάλουμε. Στη πρώτη διερευνητική κλήση, για 5 κούτες, 1 πλυντήριο, και 3 καρέκλες, μας έδωσαν 120€ τελική τιμή. Στη δεύτερη κλήση για να κλείσουμε στα παραπάνω, την αύξησαν στα 170€, επικαλούμενοι τις τιμές καυσίμων. Την ημέρα της μεταφοράς, καλέσαμε το γραφείο της Αθήνας για να προσθέσουμε δύο κούτες ακόμη, κλείνοντας στα 185€. Την ημέρα της παραλαβής, προσπάθησαν να αυξήσουν ΚΑΙ ΠΑΛΙ την τιμή, ζητώντας 230€!! Προφανώς και αρνηθήκαμε, αιτούμενοι να προσφέρουμε ακριβώς τη τιμή που συμφωνήσαμε. Εν τέλει, μετά από αρκετή προσπάθεια, καταβάλαμε 185€ και παραλάβαμε τα πράγματα. Πραγματικά απαράδεκτη, αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά από το γραφείο, που αμαυρώνει και τη γρήγορη και ασφαλής μεταφορά των πραγμάτων μου από Αθήνα σε Θεσσαλονίκη, αλλά και την καλή γενικά συμπεριφορά των μεταφορών. Although the transfer was done on time and without any problems, the company is really notorious and can not get good reviews because of it. In short, in each of our communications, they increased the price we had to pay. In the first exploratory call, for 5 boxes, 1 washing machine, and 3 chairs, they gave us 120 € final price. In the second call to close the above, they increased it to 170 €, citing fuel prices. On the day of the transfer, we called the Athens office to add two more boxes, closing at 185 €. On the day of receipt, they tried to increase the price AGAIN, asking for 230 € !! Obviously we refused, asking to offer exactly the price we agreed on. In the end, after a lot of effort, we paid 185 € and received the things. Really unacceptable, unprofessional behavior from the office, which tarnishes the fast and safe transfer of my things from Athens to Thessaloniki, but also the generally good behavior of transport.
