Να αρχίσω ότι είχε μια υπάλληλο και 6 άτομα μέσα στον χώρο χωρίς να είμαι βέβαιος εάν το επιτρέπουν τα τετραγωνικά του... Η υπάλληλος που έκανα την παραγγελία σε τούρτα η Κα Χ.. Α έγραψε στο χαρτί παραγγελίας το όνομα του παιδιού λάθος και καταλαβαίνετε την αντίδραση μιας έφηβης γι αυτό.Η υπάλληλος της βάρδιας μου το δικαιολογησε λέγοντας μου ότι η κοπέλα της παραγγελίας στο τηλέφωνο δεν ήξερε να γράφει... Το κόστος από την άλλη ενώ με η μια υπάλληλος τηλεφωνικά μου είπε άλλη τιμή ή άλλη την ημέρα της παραλαβής μου έκανε Αλλη χρέωση (ευτυχώς μετά από διαμαρτυρία δική μου διορθώθηκε σχετικά πάλι αυτό όχι με την τιμή που είχα ενημερωθεί αλλά κατά προσέγγιση ) Ειναι η δεύτερη φορά που γίνεται λάθος στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα σε τούρτα ΓΕΝΕΘΛΊΩΝ, την προηγούμενη φορά μου έδωσαν τούρτα με άλλο τύπωμα επάνω της για ηλικία 3χρονου και μάλιστα αγοριού και όταν έχεις κορίτσι να ανοίγεις και να βλέπεις τελευταία στιγμή λάθος ένα βασικό κομμάτι του πάρτυ σου είναι ΤΡΑΓΙΚΌ, τότε λοιπόν δεν μίλησα αλλά μετά και το φετινό το ποτήρι ξεχείλισε... ΚΑΙ όλα πρέπει να μαθαίνονται. Γι αυτό Οφείλω να πω ότι η τούρτα για άλλη μια φορα ήταν εξαιρετική!! Ελπίζω από εδώ και πέρα να αντιμετωπίζουν όλους τους πελάτες με επαγγελματισμο και ακρίβεια σε αυτά που πρέπει!! The confectionery at its worst in terms of quality of service in the Renti store. Μ	Μαρία Μαλέρου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα σήμερα το κατάστημα στη Θηβών όλες οι πωλητριες έδειχναν να δυσανασχετούν που έπρεπε να εξυπηρετήσουν το κόσμο, ρωτούσαν συνεχώς "αποφασίσατε" σαν να ήθελαν να σε διώξουν από το κατάστημα και αφού αποφάσισα βιαστικά και ξεκίνησα να λέω τι θα ήθελα με διέκοψε για να εξυπηρετήσει έναν άλλον πελάτη. Φτάνοντας στο ταμείο η μία κοπέλα μου είπε άλλη τιμή ενώ εκείνη που μου έκοψε απόδειξη μου είπε μικρότερο ποσό. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Σε αντίθεση με την ποιότητα των γλυκών η οποία είναι εξαιρετική και πάντα φρέσκα! Κρίμα να χάνονται πελάτες επειδή το προσωπικό δεν έχει τρόπους. Τουλάχιστον την άλλη μέρα που ξεπάγωσε δεν ήταν κακή. 26 euros a cake, which we had ordered the day before and they gave it to us, was frozen and we could not cut it.
