Έκαναν λάθος και το έστειλαν στη διεύθυνση του αγοραστή. Στο τηλέφωνο που τους πήρα να παραπονεθώ , αφού διαπίστωσα, ότι είχαν τη διεύθυνση του ιδρύματος, μου απάντησαν χαλαρά, λάθη γίνονται και σχεδον μου φώναζαν κ με έβριζαν. Η " κυρία" αυτή μου μιλήσαμε ,εύχομαι να ζεί μόνη της και να μην έχει οικογένεια για να μη τους δηλητηριάζει με τη τοξικότητα της. Αν αυτή είναι αναίσθητη ας τη πληροφορήσει κάποιος οτι ο κόσμος δεν είναι γεμάτος απ αυτήν.Οι εθελοντές που αναλαμβάνουμε απο ενα παιδί ,να του στείλουμε ένα δώρο ,το κάνουμε απο αγάπη. Τρομάζω κ μόνο να ξεμείνει το δικό μου παιδάκι χωρις.Θα μπορούσε να πει ένα συγνώμη και ένα τρόπο να διορθωθούν τα πράγματα. Έπειτα από κάποιες διευκρινιστικές ερωτήσεις που έκανα όπως "είστε φυσικό κατάστημα (γιατί εγώ τον βρήκα σαν ηλεκτρονικό) για να έρθω να το δοκιμάσω;" και "ποιες είναι οι ώρες λειτουργίας σας;" , η κυρία με την οποία μιλούσα μου απάντησε "'Έλα έλα και εσύ πρωινιάτικα!!" και μου το έκλεισε στα μούτρα!! Δεν γνωρίζω πού οφείλεται αυτή η αλλοπρόσαλλη συμπεριφορά. Αυτό που γνωρίζω είναι ότι σίγουρα δεν θα πάω να ψωνίσω από εκεί και θα εξυπηρετηθώ καλύτερα από ένα άλλο κατάστημα που έχει το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν ακόμα και αν χρειαστεί να χρεωθώ παραπάνω. ΑΓΕΝΕΣΤΑΤΟΙ! I called the store to ask about a product that interested me. After some clarifying questions I asked like "are you a physical store (because I found it online) to come and try it?" and "what are your opening hours?" , the lady I was talking to answered me "'Come and come in the morning !!" and he closed it in my face !! I do not know the reason for this strange behavior. What I do know is that I will definitely not go shopping from there and I will be better served by another store that has this product even if I need to be charged more.

Έκανα ένα λάθος στη διεύθυνση και τους έστειλα email να το διορθώσουν, μου απάντησαν αμέσως και δύο μέρες μετά είχα τα παπούτσια στο σπίτι μου. Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη από την εξυπηρέτηση και θα το έχω στο νου μου για μελλοντικές αγορές. I ordered a pair of shoes online at a very good price. I made a mistake in the address and I sent them an email to correct it, they answered me immediately and two days later I had the shoes in my house. I was very happy with the service and will keep that in mind for future purchases.
