Excellent place!!!! Delicious food near the sea. We are Greeks and we had the chance to enjoy high quality Greek traditional food near the sea (not touristic). The service is great and all the staff very kind and hospitable. Totally recommended it!

Nice location but the food is not excellent. The fried squids were very gummy, the chicken fillet a little bit dry and the grilled octopus was burnt and without flavour. Everything was just cooked and was no elaboration of raw materials. Prices in the average for Elafonisos

Good service, fresh fish, and if you find the place crammed, you can easily have a table set for you on the bridge to the nearby chappel. Try the fish soup at any cool summer night.

Been here: Once 22-7-2017 Happy family-ran restaurant! Good for couples, kids and large groups! Dished tried: Swordfish (pan), lobster (w/pasta), sardines, calamari , veggies and fava Everything was really tasty fresh and well cooked! Portions were ok, lobster pasta was huge (25?) , swordfish not so much (16?). Prices were really fair and friendly waiters were asking if anything else was needed at times! ??? Despite the place being full with many tables the assigned us fast and the food kept coming instantly after the order! Free desert was offered in the end (fresh fruit: grapes-melon-watermelon) Really happy with the meal here and would absolutely try again! 9.5/10

Such a wonderful dining experience here. After a day at the beach we came and had an intimate late lunch, early dinner. One would think that most tourists would go to the restaurants on the other side, closer to the ferry dock. One must travel a little bit further to find this hidden gem. Personalized service and everything was delicious. For appetizers we picked 2 different types of octopus, grilled and boiled. By far, the grilled octopus was the best! Other appetizers included French fries, tomato and cucumber village salad, and boiled vegetables. For our main dish we decided on the fish soup, my parents had tried that other places on the island and had highly recommended trying it here. It was absolutely heavenly! A giant bowl of delicious broth came and then a side of fish and vegetables from the broth, potatoes, zucchini, onions and such. While we were eating one of the owners mentioned his son had caught a 40 kilo tuna. We walked over to the fishing boat see it being cut up and ended up buying fresh tuna for sushi on the spot! Such memories were made at day. The view is gorgeous, there's a little church in the background and there are some chairs right on the water. It was still quite Sunny and hot when we went so we sat closer to the restaurant.

Traditional Greek taverna with wide choice of food. Loved the fish dish variety. We had baked in charcoal potatoes, and variety of greens for starters and both were tasteful As mains, Octopus and sardines. Both fresh and nicely grilled. House wine quite light and easy to drink. Prices on the upper side given the place and quantity.

Mario, he also speaks some Italian, deserve a try, at least for the location. Ordering was funny with him, service was very quick and precise. Food is good (not excellent) and plates are more than enough for a normal person. Price is little higher respect to Greek, but we are on an island, so you have to expect to pay something more. Eating with sunshine and music in background... Just go there
