 Clean and tidy space, well-trained trainers. Many programs for everyone with varying degrees of difficulty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι μια ωραία και πρωτότυπη πρόταση εκγύμνασης. Η χρέωση γίνεται με το μάθημα όποτε όσοι δεν ξέρουν πότε μπορούν να γυμναστούν, έχουν την ευκαιρία να μην πληρώνουν τσάμπα συνδρομές.
It's a nice and original workout proposal. Charging is done with the lesson whenever those who do not know when they can work out have the opportunity to pay no subscription fees.

Friendly environment, clean places, very good gymnasts, Gold, Eleftheria, Nektarios, Giannis and of course Giorgos.It is the first year I went and picked gt I read many good reviews and did not regret it.I highly recommend it !!!

Ο Γιώργος και η Ιωάννα άριστοι επαγγελματίες που σε κάνουν να νιώθεις μέλος της οικογένειάς τους.. Το προτιμάμε κι εμείς οικογενειακώς, ένεκα τιμής και ποιότητας.. Keep up the good work guys!
Excellent way to train, especially trx, although there is a great variety in group programs .. George and Ioanna are excellent professionals who make you feel like a member of their family .. We also prefer it as a family, due to price and quality .. Keep up the good work guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικες εγκαταστασεις κ ο coach δεν σου κάνει ποτέ το ίδιο πρόγραμμα. Εγω που βαριεμαι αφόρητα το περσοναλ με εχει κανει να ανυπομονώ καθε φορά για το μαθημα μας.
Excellent facilities and the coach never does the same program for you. I, who am unbearably bored, the staff has made me look forward to our lesson every time.
